Position overview:
As a Car Leader, you will Lead a plant engineering Team to achieve objectives in accordance with customers milestones and allocated budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Drive timing projects.
- Ensure the Launch of new projects.
- Support plant to achieve forecasted efficiency
- Lead & follow up preparation for customer milestones
- Lead capex establishment and follow up.
- Ensure implementation of all request customer changes/specifications in accordance with program timing.
- Introduce new technology and new way of working to optimize/reduce labor
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- Automotive experience and at least 4 years in Project Management.
- First Wiring experience is a must
- Good Project Management competencies
- Ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
