Job description
ACSME Gas & Process Aftermarket is responsible for providing support to all our customers in the MENA Region and Africa.
We currently have an opening for Regional Sales Manager covering our valuable customers in the MENA region. Reporting to the Business Line Manager your Primary mission will be to grow the business by managing the dynamic Sales and admin team while ensuring efficient and profitable execution of all orders. Working with Business Line Manager, you will develop and implement strategies and plans to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction in the region.
Responsibilities:
To lead and manage a team of motivated Aftermarket sales consultants/KAM’s as well as the distributors and agents appointed in several countries of the region.
Promote the Aftermarket business and increase the sales revenues.
Penetrate the market in the region and increase the market shares.
Maintain customer satisfaction and improve customer loyalty.
Increase the efficiency of the sales organization.
Maintain the efficient reporting system and monitor the sales team efficiency on a monthly basis.
Ensure correct and complete entry of data in CRM.
Distributor/agent management including biannual BRM's and definition of targets.
Key customer management including joint visits with the Aftermarket sales team.
Elaboration and conclusion of long-term service and spare part contracts/agreements.
Sourcing of local suppliers for repairs and refurbishments for the entire GAP portfolio.
Closed cooperation with the spare part and service managers of our three product companies.
Collaboration with the divisional product manager to develop individual Aftermarket products portfolio for the different machine types.
Organization and participation in marketing events (trade shows, fairs, customer days, technical seminars).
Follow-up on the training status and programs for the Aftermarket sales team.
Promote and establish ACSME as a reliable Customer Center for the GAP division in the region.
Contribute to market analysis and define sales strategies to facilitate the Aftermarket business.

To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical, electrical/electronic or instrumentation & controls.
Minimum 8 to 10+ years proven sales experience with rotating equipment, preferable with turbo machinery.
Knowledge about process technology or contractual marketing would be of advantage.
Solid Aftermarket sales experience, preferable in the Oil & Gas- or Petrochemical industry.
Proven track record of delivering profitable sales results.
Previous experience in people management is desirable.
Solid sales, marketing, or business development background.
Knowledge
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particular with Word and Excel.
Knowledge with CRM platforms.
Personality requirements
Ability to work independently and also as a team player.
Self-motivated, self-confident and dynamic person.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly flexible and willing to adapt working time to business requirements.
Overall willingness to do what it takes.
