The Role
Position Title: Social Media Specialist – Travel and Tourism Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide. Job Description: - Plan, create, and automate high-performing social media content (posts, reels, campaigns) aligned with travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers. - Utilize AI tools to analyze engagement, optimize post timing, and personalize content for different traveler personas. - Build and maintain automated marketing workflows to nurture potential travelers from awareness to booking and integrating CRM and social platforms. - Use analytics dashboards (native or AI-powered) to measure ROI, engagement, and campaign success; present monthly reports with actionable insights.

Requirements
Qualifications: - Preferably Bilingual speakers (English – Arabic languages) - At least 3 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Marketing with proven success managing social or digital campaigns for travel brands, destinations, airlines, hotels, or OTAs. - Ability to use AI for content ideation, caption generation, sentiment analysis, and performance optimization with strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual coordination skills - Experience with HubSpot, Active Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp automation workflows, automated content scheduling, and CRM integrations How to Apply: Send your CV in word format to: MEDIAJOBS2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “Social Media Specialist” as email subject

Role Description:

As an Account Executive your main task will be to provide support to new and existing accommodation partners, contacting, informing and advising them about how to meet the demands of the visitors on the Booking.com website. You will also build the accommodations webpages and training the new accommodations on how to use Booking.com’s extranet and how to use the systems that can improve their availability and supply.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Day-to-day pro-active communication with partners in your region by telephone, by internal messaging and occasionally in person to assist with the development of the business;
Building positive relationships with partners to ensure that they offer the best availability and rate structure;
Discuss opportunities with partners that will help improve business by using Booking.com BV’s internal tool of priority setting;
Participation in weekly team learning in your office;
Advise accommodation partners regarding their (potential)webpages on the Booking.com website and how they can amend data with respect to supply, availability, specials, promotions;
Providing support to properties or Booking.com BV in building the webpage for accommodations and/or maintaining property information on the Booking.com website;
Delivering training by phone to new and or existing properties on how to use Booking.com’s extranet and rates & availability system.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
Proficient Arabic & English speaker and writer;
Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently;
Great teammate, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality;

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Customer Service & Reservation team .

This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, smooth travel arrangements, and effective internal and external coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination

Liaise with clients and members to confirm preferred travel dates and arrangements.
Coordinate with hotel reservations to secure bookings according to client needs.

Internal Coordination

Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations.
Serve as a link between teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.

Primary Point of Contact

Act as the main liaison between the operations team and members, ensuring regular updates and quick problem resolution.

Administrative Duties

Prepare accurate reports and maintain up-to-date records of travel plans, communications, and departmental activities.

Customer Service

Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance satisfaction.
Address concerns efficiently and escalate when needed.

Operational Support

Assist with daily operational tasks to meet departmental objectives.
Identify and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Trilingual (Arabic , French and English is a must).
Previous experience in Hotels Reservations , customer service or travel coordination roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

About the role

In this role, you will collect payments, verify, reconcile and be involved in all finance related operational files and supporting documents for FIT, Groups and other business modules in a timely manner.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

Collect payments (approved DQ FOP) from customers and issue receipts for receiving payments.
Responsible to verify invoice and booking confirmation and, process the service confirmation of supplier invoices in Oracle, enable Accounts Payable to process the payment to the supplier. In case of inconsistencies investigate and obtain the correct information from internal stakeholders, suppliers, etc.
Responsible of verifying and reconciling all finance related operational files and supporting documents (Revenue Summary, EMDs, Tickets, Service vouchers, Al Maha Service, LPO's, Contracts, E-Travel report, Accounts Payable Aging Report, Accounts Receivable Aging Report and other financial reports) for FIT, groups and other business modules within a set time frame.
Assist in handing over invoices and supporting documents to customer and obtain customer's acknowledgment on the invoice.
Assist in the design and implementation of SOPs and automation products related to streamlining back office and reconciliation processes.
Escalate any staff non-compliance of procedures to the management.
Regularly communicate the status of any outstanding payments, invoices or processes to the management and other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management.

Qualifications

About you

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
Relevant Tertiary, trade or vocational qualification
Finance Experience and Tourism background
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced in Ticketing Office / Call Centre Operations
Familiar with Oracle, booking systems and supplier systems
