In this role, you will drive a positive team culture by effectively fulfilling supervisory responsibilities. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth plant operations across shifts, engaging team members, and translating the operations vision into actionable results.

What You Will Do

1. Lead an operational team in a safe and efficient manner, taking ownership of advancing the vision, safety, quality, and productivity.

2. Build the high-performing team by understanding your direct reports individual capabilities and utilize them to maximize the value creation for the team as a whole. Work with the team to create personalized development plans, deliver meaningful coaching and be involved in selecting and retaining the right people.

3. Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards. Provide safety training to crew members and deliver training materials in a meaningful approach.

4. Facilitate team development and communication, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership and holding employees accountable.

5. Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.

6. Promote employee involvement, providing coaching, feedback and direction as required.

7. Assist with troubleshooting production issues.

8. Complete data entry responsibilities and generate reports in a timely and efficient manner.

9. Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports and ensure the application of the individual performance development cycle.

10. Understand the cost of decisions and impact to departments and other processes.

11. Meet or exceed KPI goals by demonstrating success in measuring and improving processes.

12. Work in shift rotation (12 hours duty) 4 by 4 days - Day and Night shift.

• Experience in leading a high performing team as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in adapting to transformation and bringing change to the people, process, and company that will create the greatest value.
• Commitment to promoting behaviours aligned to the Company's visions, values and code of conduct.

• Experience in glass production (float line or coating line)
• Experience in manufacturing factory

You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

(c) Experience

Experience: 2-4 years experience in manufacturing area especially in Quality area.

Hands on experience on CTP, CTQs, Run rules, Data review in IQS, CPM, CPMU. Responsible for preparing root cause and CAPA in collaboration with the team for the out of specifications, consumer complaints events

The Individual Contributor in the position of Q Eng should be able to produce all the end results of the job in the following areas:

1. Manage, maintain and continually improve the Quality Chain Management System present in the plant to make sure that the local policy is compliant with corporate ones, FSSC22000 and legal requirements. This includes both the Intranet/Quality Suite system and the controlling of the documents available in the plant in hard copy versions. All those activities involve engagement of other functions.

2. Maintain and review the line performance system to ensure corporate policies compliance through audits of the system compliance, implementation of communication process and proactive identification of issues.

3. Responsible for HACCP Program implementation, including but not limited only to: coordination of verification, validation, review R&D partial HACCP plans, review of food safety risks as per Kraft Foods and ISO 22000 requirements, leading the HACCP Team, etc.

4. Lead and participate in the plant employees’ training with regards to quality awareness. Reviewing current practices and providing timely feedback to Plant employees. Raise the Quality awareness among the plant employees.

5. Manage, maintain and continually improve the Consumer Value Program in order to verify effectiveness of the Quality Chain Management System.

6. Compliance & Integrity: Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position. Raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue. Apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

7. Ensure GMP and Safety regulations & proactively support to maintain accidents free safe workplace through safety system ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007

Primary Responsibilities

The Operations Manager at TSS Signage Division is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing various departments, coordinating with other managers, implementing effective operational strategies, and managing financial aspects to support the company's goals. The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and meet the company’s standards.

• Manage and supervise entire operations of the branch in terms of production, delivery, storage and transportation.
• Plan, assign and direct all jobs performed in the branch and coordinate related production from other branches.
• Ensure quality of products and services being rendered to the customers.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities for the company.
• Develop, manage and supervise Cost Controlling strategies in the branch
• Plan and manage the production and installations in the highest efficiency standards to meet profit margins targeted by the company.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources by efficiently utilizing manpower and machineries.
• Ensure quality production, storage, transportation and installations to avoid maintenance requirements costing additional resources.
• Strive to improve the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Committed to the overall success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and growth in the Operations Department
• Manage staff, foster a positive environment.
• Share knowledge with team and other branches on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Stay abreast of competing market and implement changes required to adopt to the new market trends as per the management policies.
• Managing employees and addressing employee grievances.
• Providing on the job coaching and directions.
• Plan and develop desired competencies of self and the team
• Present and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products with new channels.
• Maintain proper filing of important records in professional way for easy access on requirements
• Submitting reports in prescribed formats.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Handle petty cash management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Operation manager or similar role in manufacturing.

We need a Factory Manager,
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in KAEC - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while driving continuous improvement and team development. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety. - Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets and customer demands. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. - Lead, mentor, and motivate factory staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment. - Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles. - Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and production disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - This role is for Saudi nationals ONLY
