Call Center Agent, Genie, Dubai, UAE

We need a Call Center Agent

The Role
This role requires someone confident in their line of work, who is a customer-focused call center/ sales agent, and is eager to join a team that is leading the beauty and aesthetics clinic. This is an exciting opportunity and is meant for someone who has a strong background in sales or customer service, ideally in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry. This role is a full-time role with a rotation of 9-hour shifts, two days off per week. The position makes you responsible for managing client communications, both inbound and outbound, over the phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram. This role will require you to guide potential clients through various treatments and services, explain ongoing promotions, and also play an important role in the conversion of leads into confirmed bookings and consults. The role will test your ability to build relations, overcome objections, and drive conversations with customers and will directly contribute to the clinic's success. Additionally, you would be expected to maintain an accurate record in the booking system, coordinate effectively with the front desk and therapist teams to ensure that there is a smooth customer journey. A critical part of this role would be to make sure that you are achieving and exceeding the daily and weekly KPI's which would contribute to your success, and offers a salary of up to AED 12,000 per month, including commission.

Requirements
An ideal candidate would be someone who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or a client coordination role, preferably within the beauty and the beauty or wellness sector. Strong English skills are a must, and fluency in Arabic is a bonus. A few requirements for this position are being confident in your abilities to work with booking software and being comfortable with communicating with customers professionally through WhatsApp and other social media platforms. This role requires someone who is highly organized, driven by results, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team in a modern and fast-growing clinic as part of the role, along with having opportunities where you can work on your professional development and career growth.

Job Description

Execute Service Strategy

  • Participate in setting and executing the organization's service strategy from a general service and customer service perpective
  • Develop objectives for call center’s day to day activities
  • Analyze call center statistics by identifying customer trends and behaviours to understand specific customer needs and wants
  • Define customer service standards, KPIs and benchmark with best practice in different service industries and implement related technologies
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies and procedures to manage the agreed customer service levels and drive achievement of high service standards
  • Establish and maintain cross organizational relationships to align with company customer service goals and ensure excellent service delivery for customers
  • Delivering the service proposition to Aramco Group Secretaries

Customer Care Management

  • Manage forecasted activities including predictions of calls, case load and customer traffic to international best practice standards
  • Identify the investment required for new technology and automation to drive improvement initiatives for for cost reduction and efficiencies
  • Manage the customer service budget to ensure costs are controlled and resources maximized
  • Plan and distibute customer service accountabilities to the team to ensure work is allocated fairly

Project Management

  • Manage ARAMCO projects and initiatives by support the company product design and launch efforts to ensure products are serviceable within the overall service strategy
  • Develop customer service projects/ KAIZEN related to regulators complaints unit to drive transfomation and continious service improvements
  • Identify processes for automation to increase efficinecy

People and Capability Building

  • Manage team objective setting
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching and development
  • Empower and enable team by providing the necessary tools and support required to achieve the organizational development objectives

Skills

  • A customer service background in operations management, hospital management, supply chain and procurement.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join our team in the Jeddah office. This role serves as the main point of contact for external customers and specializes in callouts, inbound customer queries, and outbound customer calls. In addition, the agent plays a vital role in supporting 24/7 operations and assisting the local team with key business applications and reporting.

What will you do?

Callout handling:

  • Accountable to manage various types of contacts: alarm calls, test calls, customer calls including callouts & case registrations, outbound calls and technician calls.

  • Callouts – from customer call to dispatch and closing the case.

  • Accountable to identify safety situations and manage them by giving the adequate safety instructions as described in the global safety procedures. Customer Care Agent shows empathy, is aware about customer feeling in such situation and provides adequate safety advice to calm the passenger.

  • Accountable to support supervisors in following up open callouts and make sure that technicians back-report open jobs. Specific reports on open jobs are available on Supervisor reports.

  • Accountable to immediately connect the customer to the right person in the KONE organization, in case of any request not related to unplanned maintenance. If the KONE responsible person is not immediately found, the agent is accountable to pass the message of the customer to the responsible person, and to ensure the responsible person will contact the customer back.

Inbound:

  • Receive and resolve queries and complaints.

  • Follow up internally if necessary.

  • Communicate resolution to customer.

  • Identify possible leads from customer cases coming e.g. through web and assign those to the sales organization.

Outbound call handling:

  • Conduct transactional surveys after a callout or project (e.g. customer satisfaction survey).

  • Support local marketing in different customer contacting initiatives such as campaigns, etc.

  • Nurse core 3 VA clients (annual contacting).

24/7 Service Monitoring & Operational Support:

  • Monitor and manage 24/7 customer service operations, ensuring availability and responsiveness across all shifts.

  • Support the operations team with:

  • Report preparation and data tracking.

  • KFM (KONE Field Mobility) application.

  • Intune installation and access support.

  • Other relevant KONE digital tools and applications as needed.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor or Diploma Degree holder.

  • Minimum two years of customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication, customer management, and IT skills.

  • Stress tolerant and detailed focus.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
