We need a WFM Manager,

The WFM Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient staffing and scheduling for our BPO operations. This position is responsible for analyzing data, forecasting workload, and optimizing workforce performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs) while maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical data to develop accurate forecasts for call volume, workload, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business trends and incorporate them into workforce planning.
• Create and manage agent schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service levels.
• Monitor real-time performance to make adjustments as necessary, including managing breaks and overtime.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency, service levels, and employee productivity.
• Conduct regular reporting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with operations teams to communicate staffing changes, performance metrics, and other workforce-related information.
• Serve as a point of contact for management regarding workforce management issues.
• Utilize workforce management software and tools to enhance scheduling accuracy and reporting capabilities.

Stay current with industry trends and technology to optimize workforce management processes.

• Lead and mentor a team of workforce analysts and schedulers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Proven experience with workforce management software and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We need a Call Center Team Leader

We are looking for a Call Center Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our customer service team and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints. Your mission will be to drive team performance, ensure KPIs are met, and maintain a high standard of customer interaction and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Arabic and English) professional with proven experience in managing contact center teams, resolving escalations, and motivating staff. You should be results-oriented, highly organized, and a natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

• Supervise day-to-day call center operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor call queues, handle escalated issues, and step in to support agents when necessary.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Analyze call center metrics to identify trends and implement process enhancements.

Collaboration & Communication

• Serve as the communication bridge between frontline agents and senior management.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., IT, sales, logistics) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Lead daily team briefings and encourage open dialogue for feedback and idea sharing.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth.

Performance & Reporting

• Track and report on KPIs including average handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve underperforming metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of team activities, call outcomes, and training records.
• Provide strategic input on improving customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in call center software and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Genesys).
• Exceptional communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes. Communicate company values and/or culture to new employees. Review and implement new Reservations procedures. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests. Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system. Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests. Set-up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or escalate/refer to appropriate individual.

Assist management in training, scheduling, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

Long Description Job Summary
Receive and process inbound calls by creating a service orders, leads, customer complaint using SAP CRM, Conduct outbound calls whenever required to promote Engineering products.
Job Responsibilities

• IC agent must know how to handle & communicate with the all type of customers with the same level.
• IC agent must cope with stressed, angry and confused customers or callers. He must know how to deal with tasks like call backs, disconnects, call transfers, messages and holds.
• IC agent must use & follow the corresponding etiquette on the telephone in order to satisfy and please customers.
• Capability & ability to deliver knowledge on both products and services which will help to serve the customer and process customer’s calls
• IC agent must use specific skills related to questioning and listening in order to maintain an effective communication on the phone.
• Maintain correct customer’s information ( data entry)
• Process inbound calls: being able to classify the incoming calls and select proper process as per the following:

o Maintenance Calls: create service orders or check for the order status

o Complaint call: create customer complaint using CRM

o Enquiry call: provide information to the customer about our products and create lead using proper lead type.

• Conduct outbound calls to promote Eng. group products.
