Account Management - Government, Microsoft, Al Asimah, Kuwait

We need an Account Management - Government, 

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital and AI journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with your customer, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.

Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plan.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met. Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies. Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.

  • Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business. Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.

  • Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue & market share.

  • Industry Knowledge – Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers’ business and operations.

  • Microsoft Partner Ecosystem – Knowledge of and the ability to navigate successfully within the partner ecosystem, including being knowledgeable about specific partner programs and ongoing relationships.

  • Consultative Selling - The ability to understand customer needs through dialogue before recommending products/services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience.
  • Working in an industry (Government), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
  • Sales experience supporting Government Entities.

Administration Services Section Manager, Dubai Government, Dubai, UAE

We need an Administration Services Section Manager,

  • Develop the department’s operational plan and follow up on its implementation to ensure financial objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

  • Prepare, update, and develop policies, procedures, regulations, and technical requirements related to administrative affairs in accordance with best practices.

  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.

  • Regularly monitor performance indicators, review achievement rates, and evaluate the performance of department staff.

  • Prepare periodic and annual performance reports for the department and submit them to the direct supervisor.

  • Submit the department’s needs for human, financial, and technical resources that contribute to efficient operations to the direct supervisor.

  • Prepare the department’s budget and submit it to the direct supervisor.

  • Identify risks related to the department’s work and propose solutions for mitigation.

  • Provide financial advice and support to the direct supervisor and participate in implementing any additional tasks related to the library’s scope of work.

  • Represent the department in events as assigned by the direct supervisor.

  • Supervise general services and ensure the efficient provision of hospitality, mail, couriers, and drivers to meet the library’s needs.

  • Manage procurement and contracting processes by following up on tenders and procurement procedures, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure the availability of required resources and services.

  • Oversee storage planning and monitoring processes and ensure the preservation of books, tools, and stored resources in accordance with best practices.

  • Supervise facilities and assets, ensure the safety and security of the library’s properties and storage areas, and manage their regular maintenance.

  • Supervise periodic inventory and replacement processes of the library’s assets.

  • Oversee maintenance and security services, ensuring the provision of cleaning, maintenance, and security services to create a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

  • Manage and supervise the provision of administrative services, including travel ticket bookings, hotel accommodations, hospitality, shipping, mailing, stationery, transportation, and more.

  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of library vehicles and manage the movement of drivers and couriers to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Supervise the distribution of publications to schools, universities, and public libraries locally and internationally according to planned schedules.

  • Manage supplier relationships, monitor and regularly evaluate their performance, and ensure compliance with agreed standards.

  • Supervise contracts with service providers such as cleaning, security, maintenance, technical support, and facility leasing, ensuring services are delivered in line with signed agreements.

  • Oversee the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures in the library and its facilities to ensure a safe working environment.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent as a minimum requirement from an accredited university.

  • More than 7 years of experience in administrative and technical services activities

Client Relationship Specialist, Trade License Zone, Dubai, UAE

We need a  Client Relationship Specialist, 

The Role
Role Description As a Client Relationship Specialist in our Operations Department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during critical stages of their business lifecycle, including license renewals, amendments, and visa processing. You will manage client interactions, coordinate with government authorities, and ensure a smooth, compliant, and professional experience throughout all operational procedures. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding service within the UAE’s dynamic business setup industry. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full process of client requests in coordination with relevant departments and authorities. • Serve as the main liaison between clients and UAE government authorities, including DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, and Emirates ID Authority. • Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on pending applications or document requirements. • Provide clear, timely updates and expert guidance to clients throughout each step of the process. • Ensure full compliance with UAE business and immigration laws, as well as internal company policies. • Respond to client queries efficiently, ensuring a professional and supportive experience. • Collaborate closely with sales, PROs, and the wider operations team to deliver a seamless service. • Educate clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and legal procedures. • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in business setup, UAE visa processing, or license services is a plus. • Familiarity with UAE government platforms and procedures (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, DED). • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure. • A professional, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills. • Must be currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
