• 3 – 5 years of solid trade marketing experience with FMCG background

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an excellent team, representing some of the most iconic breakfast brands in the world. In this role you will be responsible for developing & deploying category strategy to ensure continued growth in the country that reflects consumer, shopper, channel dynamics. You will help us to take every step of the way and take the CPW business to the forefront of consumer minds.

A day in the life of...

• Lead the generation of shoppers understanding and interpreting relevant sources of information and translating them into actionable insight relevant to category, brand, channel and customer. Monitor and report shopper trends, implications and opportunities, leveraging supplier, customer and Nestlé network and tools to guide internal and external customers to future growth opportunities shopper.
• Analyze and provide recommendations/action plans for country retail audit reports (Market share, distribution, etc.) where applicable and analyze and action key customers' sell-out data regularly to win in trade.
• Recommend & execute optimized Pack Price architecture (right pack at the right price in the right channel & ensuring profit expectations of both Nestlé & customer are satisfied) through fully understanding consumer, shopper & customer needs across prioritized channels dist.

• To optimize consumer/customer budget strategy and allocation, review annual budgets and investment and accountable for tracking and maintaining category spending in the country.
• Define growth opportunities and main drivers for the category & track the execution of plans, identifying eventual gaps, proposing actions to close the gaps and achieve the target (MBPC).
• Partner with marketing, sales & finance to optimize promotion plans based on systematic promotional evaluation, challenge effectiveness, funding & mechanics, consistently applying Keep/Modify/Drop mindset, balancing trade investment with customer tactics and needs, to improve return on investment.
• Define & review the picture of success for the category in each prioritized channel and enable its implementation, and optimization. Efficiently drive availability & visibility in physical and digital stores through perfect execution of POS and updating Planograms.
• Lead the commercial planning process (ICP) to ensure timely cross-functional input and alignment to the key Category, Brand, Channel, Shopper and Customer growth opportunities and activation platforms ICP.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place in the trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and NESTLÉ country codes. Comply with the NESTLÉ's strictest requirements that Nestle marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

What will make you successful

• University Degree in Marketing or Business
• 3-5 years solid Trade Marketing or sales experience in a multinational company
• Strong analytical skills
• Service Oriented, organized with robust problem solving and influencing skills
• Solid communication, and presentation skills

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Business Development: Using data tools to track & analyze sales performance, market share, consumer trends, and competitor pricing. Providing accurate cross-functional sales forecasts.
Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategy: Designing and implementing the most efficient ways to get our products to the targeted customers.
Pricing Strategy: establish pricing strategy & promotional plans across different channels to align with different category targets.
Managing Customer Programs: Managing Shopper marketing activities through in-store execution, marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related commercial field (An MBA is often a strong plus for senior roles)
Retail Execution and Merchandising: Expert knowledge of planograms, optimal display placement, and Point-of-Sale (POS) material utilization
3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, specifically in Shopper Marketing, Marketing, or Category Management.

Job Overview:

• Responsible for ground level execution of strategic transformation initiatives and outcomes for the brand
• Execute brand strategy through rigorous planning and monitoring of marketing activities – to drive sales and share growth in line with overall corporate strategy and ambition

Responsibilities:

• Execute transformation of Doritos including positioning in the anchor demand space, product attribute enhancement, flavor range revamp, innovation pipeline, capability strengthening, delivery of impact & stakeholder management
• Work closely with the Brand Manager ensuring regular updates, escalations & de-bottlenecking in-line with overall governance structure as defined by the organization
• Lead cross-functional projects for Doritos, liaising strongly with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, R&D and Mfg.) to drive initiatives across product attribute enhancement, revamped flavor range, LTO & innovation launch pipeline, marketing planning & commercialization
• Perform regular follow-ups with distributors to track sales progress & flag gaps
• Actively track financial performance of the brand and highlight risks/ gaps to the leadership
• Conduct robust cost benefit analysis for each initiative under Doritos to ensure overall economics are in line with organization objectives & are not profit dilutive
• Support in insight development, performance tracking and identifying opportunities for growth of the portfolio

• Work closely with the sales team on account specific and national on-pack promotions and activations - Translate local knowledge to engaging Saudi-specific gaming activations (ad copies, POSM, packaging)
• Act as a “guardian of the brand” ensuring all local executions are in-line with PepsiCo standards
• Work with agencies for product research, activations for “gaming” platform (both ATL & BTL) & promotion plans
• Identify & work closely with “gaming” platform partners to enhance equity; Extensively work with agencies to identify & onboard relevant brand ambassadors
• Manage approval process (packaging, promotion) with agencies, suppliers & govt authorities
• Lead on ground analysis of consumer behaviour, market trends & competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities
• Drive innovation agenda for brand portfolio, lift & shift opportunities, product enhancement & flavour range revamp initiatives in collaboration with insights, research and production teams

Qualifications:

Experience/Education

• Graduate/Post-graduate from premiere institutes preferably related to Business

We need a Customer Marketing Associate

Overview:

Support the company’s overall strategic end to end pillar & Support customer marketing agenda across MEA for Away from Home sub-channels and for Digital Commerce to achieve CAGR Growth by delivering best-in-class customer activation across all MEA markets. The associate will support translating brand and channel strategies into toolkits, activation and execution while ensuring flawless delivery of initiatives with internal teams and external partners. The role’s scope spans activation development, toolkit localization, visibility planning, and execution tracking, acting as the operational engine that enables seamless, and high-quality customer marketing outputs across MEA marketing and across Away from home & Digital Commerce channels.

Responsibilities:

1. End to End Customer Marketing Calendar Management: Own AFH & dComm Activation calendar and execute for national and regional key accounts across all MEA markets. Support customer activation planning by building activation plans per customer and maintaining synchronized calendars across functions and markets.

2. Co-Lead WCCE Process: Support customer management by co-leading the WCCE process, including JBPs, Discovery sessions, Big Bets, and Growth Summit planning, ensuring priorities are translated into actionable customer marketing deliverables throughout the year (MBRs, QBRs, leadership reviews).

3. 3VE + Perfect Digital Store & Toolkit Development: Develop perfect store standards and track execution excellence. Create and localize customer marketing toolkits by translating brand and channel strategies into customer-ready & bottler- ready activation materials, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with briefs.

4. Execution Tracking & Reporting: Track and report activation execution, including updates, assets, and KPIs. Compile post-activation reporting with insights and gaps to drive continuous improvement.

Agency Management & Briefings: Manage relationships with external agencies, including briefing, coordinating timelines, reviewing outputs, and ensuring deliverables meet brand, customer, and quality standards.
