Position Summary

Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collector – B2B to join our Riyadh team.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships across corporate, institutional, and HORECA channels.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Manage end-to-end collection and receivables processes for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely payments and account reconciliation.
Conduct daily field visits and direct interactions with customers to follow up on outstanding balances, address billing issues, and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Maintain customer payment histories, credit limits, and updated account records.
Analyze aging reports, identify risks, and proactively engage with customers to mitigate overdue balances.
Provide accurate weekly collection forecasts and status updates to management.
Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Code of Business Conduct.

What Will Make You Successful…

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, preferably in FMCG or distribution industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent command of Arabic and English.
Valid Saudi Driving License required.

We need a Fruit Farm Supervisor,
Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fruit Farm Supervisor to oversee the procurement, handling, and quality control of fresh fruits for a prestigious Fruit farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fruit supply operations, ensuring that only the highest quality fruits are selected and prepared for consumption.
As a Fruit Supervisor, you will work closely with vendors, kitchen staff, and other departments within the palace to maintain exceptional standards in food quality and presentation. If you have a passion for fruits and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee the selection, ordering, and storage of fresh fruits for the royal palace
Ensure the quality and freshness of fruits is maintained at all times
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop fruit-related menus and presentations
Supervise and train staff on proper handling and storage techniques for fruits
Maintain inventory control and manage procurement efforts
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Keep up-to-date with trends in fruits and seasonal availability

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the horticultural or food industry, with a focus on fruits

Your responsibilities

Manage e-commerce customers (particularly Amazon) in in the Middle East. Responsible for delivering top line & bottom line along with end to end operations.
Working in a fast-paced and innovative team, you’ll analyse sales and eCommerce data across our customer portfolio.
Provide insights at a customer/country/category level to unlock growth opportunities for our brands & categories.
Ensure consistency of reporting and track results, help prioritise and shape the category growth stories.
Drive monthly + quarterly sales through deploying activities and achieving sell in & sell out to grow ahead of the platform.
Ensure maximum availability of our portfolio with our e-partners, by managing listings, forecasting with Supply & managing stocks with the DBs
Managing online content for your Ecom customers i.e. all content (Pricing, best in class A+ & B+ content, Secondary images, descriptions) at all times.
Managing the Ecom agency to achieve the goal of having best in class content deployment.
Demand & supply management in conjunction with the supply team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

The experience we're looking for

Strong excel and analytical skills.
Strong spoken and written communication skills. Fluency in English
Analytical and creative to think out-of-box and have perseverance to deliver results
Be an adaptable team player with a strong service ethic
5+ years of experience in eCommerce sales
Amazon Middle East, FMCG & people management experience preferred
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
