We need a Sales Excellence,

Overview


Drives sales growth through mid- to long-term account or business planning. Guides segment leads or partners, or collaborates with peers to develop segment strategy for segmentation, territory planning, and quota setting. As primary orchestrator of the Account/Portfolio Partner Business Plan, activates sponsorship within segment leaders. Defines and drives a predictable rhythm of the connection (ROC) in collaboration with peers and/or leadership. Guides sales teams/leadership on sales motions/strategies for opportunity management as a subject matter expert. Coaches and builds relationships with sales leaders on executing key priorities. Drives awareness and clarity of Corporate or TimeZone programs. Leads optimization and improvement in sales team processes and capabilities across the organization. Identifies trends on sales challenges or blockers. Leads innovations in analytics on key revenue drivers. Drives sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution, or pipeline health in collaboration with sales leaders. Integrates the feedback to guide engineer/partner teams on improving tools. Supports segment leader capacity as a senior leader.


Responsibilities

Business Partnership and Support
As primary orchestrator of the Account/Portfolio Partner Business Plan, activates sponsorship within segment leaders. Coaches managers and sellers on account/portfolio/partner business planning fundamentals, habits, and plan quality. Drives reinforcement and review of quality plans across region(s).
Guides sales teams/leadership on sales motions/strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, recapture) as a subject matter expert. Clarifies accountabilities and operationalizes the prioritized sales plays and industry solutions. Guides sales teams/leadership to generate new business and accelerates the closing of existing opportunities.
Drives sales growth through mid to long term account or business planning. Analyzes the outlook and generates business insights to benchmark performance and/or define sales/ organizational/partner strategies. Contributes to integrating strategy components (e.g., programs, blueprints), cascading, aligning, and executing the defined strategy across region(s).
Defines and drives a predictable rhythm of the connection (RoC) in collaboration with peers and/or leadership. Leads end-to-end RoC activities to enforce great discipline and ensure quality outcome delivery. Provides in-depth business insights and recommendations to effect positive changes. Leads efforts and coaches less experienced team members to streamline and improve the RoC cadence across region(s).
Guides segment leads or partners, or collaborates with peers to develop segment strategy for segmentation, territory planning, and quota setting. Shares feedback on proposed segmentation changes based on local business knowledge. Aligns with Business and Sales Operations (BSO) on quota distribution strategy and timeline for the Area. Leverages segment expertise to review on judgment/adjustments prior to quota decisions. Participates in sales leader and manager briefings to share quotas and rationale where needed.
Driving Sales Process Discipline
Drives sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution, or pipeline health in collaboration with sales managers. Holds sales managers accountable for account plan quality and completeness. Helps ensure consistency and excellence in the sales process across the segment(s)/region(s). Shares best practices and provides thought leadership across teams.
Leads analytics on key revenue drivers (e.g. by channel, by product, by geo) and generates data-based insights. Leverages and develops reporting and analytical capabilities to generate data-based insights and enable visibility into revenue and forecast for sellers, sales managers and leaders, or partners.
Acts as a subject matter expert to convey the value of tools and drive the effective and rigorous usage of common and/or new processes and tools developed for the wider business to improve internal and external communications and engagements. Owns consolidated input from the supported area into the feedback loop. Leverages the feedback to influence engineer/partner teams on improving tools.
Sales Coaching for Growth and Transformation
Drives optimization and improvement in sales team processes and capabilities across the region(s). Assesses and anticipates customer/partner needs and applies or develops methodologies and resources to transform seller capabilities, sales processes, and/or partner engagement processes. Models transformation to a coaching culture.
Coaches and builds relationships with sales managers on executing key priorities. Identifies where coaching may be needed based on data-driven insights. Influences sales managers to become more effective coaches to their teams. Guides sales managers to achieve increased individual and team capability, employee satisfaction, and collaborative selling efforts. May coach and guide large deal pursuit.
Partners with Area Transformation Leads, Area Capability Leads, and Business and Sales Operations (BSO) to remove sales roadblocks, drive utilizations of investment, increase customer/partner-facing time, and enhance seller/partner capability and effectiveness. Shares insights and influences sales managers' strategies to anticipate and mitigate risks. Integrates feedback on sales challenges or blockers. Guides relevant teams to develop actions based on the feedback.
Drives awareness and clarity of Corporate or TimeZone programs. Intakes and drives the adoption of plans to create new habits among sales teams or partners.
Supporting Executive Capacity
Supports segment leader capacity as a senior leader. Advises on and contributes to various aspects of business management (e.g., employee engagement, resource allocation, change management, building high-performing teams) in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams. Represents the segment as an internal advocate and an extension of the segment leadership.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.

Scale AI delivers solutions for AI labs, enterprises, and governments, and helps define the frameworks that guide how AI serves society. As an International Communications Manager, you will be the architect of Scale's reputation in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), playing a pivotal role in establishing Scale as the premier, indispensable AI partner for the region's most ambitious government and enterprise initiatives.

This role is a critical partner to Scale’s International Public Sector (IPS) business, focused on translating our impact and customer successes for an external audience. You will collaborate with GTM, product, marketing, and senior leadership to turn complex technology and ambitious projects into compelling narratives that secure top-tier media coverage. This position reports directly to the Head of Global Public Sector Communications.

You Will

  • Design and execute the regional communications strategy to establish Scale as the premier AI partner in the GCC. Proactively turn complex technical and business nuance into clear, compelling narratives for all media campaigns, strategic plans, and press materials (press releases, blog posts, Q&A, briefing docs).
  • Own the regional media program, managing our PR agency, and building direct relationships with key reporters to secure top-tier coverage. You will prepare senior executives for all interviews, events, and speaking opportunities.
  • Serve as the central communications partner to legal, policy, marketing, and GTM teams, ensuring our messaging is consistent, aligned with key national initiatives (e.g., Vision 2030), and strengthens our brand reputation.
  • Monitor media and industry conversations to identify opportunities. Track performance against goals, adjusting strategy based on impact and feedback.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of communications or PR experience (in-house or agency), with a significant portion spent on the ground in the GCC.
  • Demonstrated success securing media coverage, with pre-existing relationships with key regional journalists.
  • Direct experience with, or communicating to, government and public sector entities in the GCC.
  • A strong understanding of the AI or enterprise technology industry, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear narratives.
  • A highly organized self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is willing to both shape strategy and execute tactically.
  • Proven experience providing direct counsel to senior executives to drive business objectives.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills. Professional fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its potential to transform industries and society.

We need an Executive - CRM

Key Responsibilities 1. CRM Operations & Campaign Management • Execute daily CRM campaigns, journeys, and automations through Bloomreach Engagement. • Manage campaign briefing, audience segmentation, testing, and QA across channels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, etc.). • Coordinate campaign calendar and ensure timely execution across all territories. 2. Automation & Personalization • Design and implement new customer journeys and lifecycle automations to drive engagement and retention. • Collaborate with analytics and product teams to identify new opportunities for personalization and trigger based communication. • Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns for conversion and engagement uplift. 3. Data & Reporting • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate). • Build and maintain dashboards and performance trackers using Bloomreach reports. • Present insights and actionable recommendations to improve CRM performance. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with category, merchandising, and creative teams to align messaging and offers. • Coordinate with tech and analytics teams for data hygiene, integration, and automation improvements. • Support CRM Manager in planning CRM strategy and monthly targets.


2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce CRM, Retention, or Marketing Automation roles. • Hands-on experience with Bloomreach Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, or similar CRM platforms. • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization logic. • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools for performance evaluation. • Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and project management skills. • Good understanding of Ecommerce KPIs and customer journey touchpoints.

Experience working with Bloomreach Engagement is a strong advantage. • Basic understanding of HTML for email templates and data mapping. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a curiosity to automate manual processes. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven retail environment

More About the Role:
The Defense Group of Leidos has an exciting opportunity for an ISP/OSP to support efforts for the OCONUS Piers support portion of the NGEN-R Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract located in Bahrain.

NGEN-R SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Leidos supports SMIT by delivering the OCONUS Piers support to connect vessels to shore based networks while in port, and supports the OCONUS Enterprise Network (ONE-Net). Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service while also saving significant dollars by focusing efforts under one enterprise network. As SMIT OCONUS services converge, this position may be responsible for additional Field Services Support tasks on ONE-Net.

Responsible for maintaining fiber optic cables in support of the OCONUS Piers program in the Middle East region. This includes providing connect/disconnect services to the vessels when arriving and departing from port. Candidates will be expected to respond to requests to provide connect/disconnect services within the required service target as well as the testing, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of Navy Umbilical Cable Assemblies (UCAs). Document daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper pass down of any outstanding issues. This position will require the candidate to travel to other regional locations to repair UCA cables.

What You'll Get to Do:
The qualified candidate will provide connect/disconnect service to all vessels arriving or departing from their assigned location. Other duties and responsibilities include:
  • Operate tools and equipment (including necessary protective equipment) required to repair and maintain UCA fiber optic cables.
  • Conduct testing of UCA cables at required intervals to ensure the necessary supply of available fully operational UCAs is maintained.
  • Update UCA status in the UCA tracker for the assigned region.
  • Track planned arrival and departure of vessels at assigned piers and respond within the required service target to provide connect/disconnect service.
  • Track daily activities in the approved ticketing system.
  • Assist in the development and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for connect/disconnect services, fiber optic cable testing, and fiber optic cable repair for the assigned region.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair of UCA cables.
  • Perform weekly top 30 Vulnerability and Risk score reports on classified and unclassified networks.
  • Document findings and severity levels of non-compliance in formalize reporting, written, and oral briefs.
  • Perform IAVM scans using ACAS.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret Clearance.
  • 5-10 years of previous experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Possess one DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+, CCNA, GSEC, etc.).
  • Possess Cisco CCNA Certification.
  • Possess BICI Installer I Certification.
  • Possess Navy Shipboard Fiber Optic Certification.
  • Completed the ACAS Operator and Supervisor Course.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience either in the military or as a contractor supporting pier side connect/disconnect service using either UCA or WPCS solutions.
  • Experience with ISP/OSP Fiber Cabling.
  • Experience with Computer Hardware and Troubleshooting.
  • Possess one BICSI, ETA, FOI, or FOT fiber cabling certification.
  • Possess knowledge of troubleshooting point-to-point connections.
