The Team

The Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra) team focuses on improving return on investment capital and reducing the risks specific to capital projects. The Infra team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex business problems and by supporting our owner/operator/contractor clients with the expertise of our deep project, Alvarez & Marsal's ultimate goal is to reduce the level of uncertainty associated with the development and operational costs of your projects, contributing to greater shareholder value drawn from procurement through execution and asset management through different solutions.

How you will contribute

A&M continues to expand in EMEA, and we are looking to recruit a Director to be based in our Dubai office. Working with some of the industry's brightest and most experienced colleagues, you will:

Lead the execution of project workstreams, demonstrating expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the assigned tasks.
Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, as well as internal managerial and executive stakeholders, showcasing proficiency and confidence in discussing project matters.
Collaborate with teams and clients, engaging in negotiations and fostering effective partnerships between leadership.
Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking to understand their needs and contributing to their satisfaction.
Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections and identify potential growth avenues.
Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, aligned with the strategic goals of Infra and other Business Units.
Drive project analyses, propose actionable plans, and exhibit strong decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrate leadership qualities while effectively guiding project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and business development, ideally within consulting or related industries.
8+ years experience within the chemical and petrochemical sectors in the Middle East region
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel as required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions, emphasizing creativity and critical thinking.
Self-starter with strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with senior management, clients, and colleagues.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition and risk appetite.

You’ll join our advisory team as a Capital Advisor – a client-facing role focused on mandate origination and relationship management. You’ll engage with founders and executives who’ve already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship-building, and closing.

Tasks

Act as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exits
Qualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory framework
Present and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signature
Manage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagement
Collaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategy
Participate in valuation discussions, capital-structure design, and transaction execution

Requirements

Ideally 3–7 years in B2B sales, financial services, real estate, or other high-value transactional roles
Proven ability to close complex deals
Excellent communication skills – articulate and confident across calls, meetings, and written correspondence
Charismatic presence – you represent Palmstone to founders and investors with composure, clarity, and credibility
Structured and solution-oriented – you handle multiple projects without losing focus
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
Based in Europe (CET/GMT timezone)
Fluent, professional English is essential; additional languages are a plus

Backgrounds that often translate well include real estate agents, mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, B2B consultative sellers, or business brokers – but we care more about drive and execution than credentials.

It’s a co-founder-level partnership — an opportunity to build and lead your own investment-banking or capital-advisory firm, fully backed by Palmstone Group, a global financial-services and venture-building platform.

Palmstone provides the systems, infrastructure, and operations — including CRM, automation, investor databases, and marketing.

You’ll step into a ready-to-go pipeline of warm leads — founders and business owners who’ve already responded positively to our services.

Your role is to lead conversations, convert interest into paid mandates, and scale the firm, with Palmstone’s full operational backing.

This is ideal for a commercially-minded operator who wants to own equity, lead deals, and build a firm — without the need to start from scratch or set up infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Engage with warm leads (founders and CEOs who’ve already expressed interest).
Lead discovery and qualification calls, understand funding or M&A needs, and guide clients through our advisory process.
Convert qualified opportunities into signed engagement mandates.
Oversee client relationships and transaction execution, supported by you, as well as Palmstone’s analysts and investor-relations systems.
Build and manage your own team of originators, analysts, and associates as the firm scales.
Collaborate with Palmstone’s investor network across family offices, funds, and strategic buyers.
Drive revenue and firm growth with full operational autonomy inside an established platform

Infor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager (individual contributor) to drive the adoption of Infor ERP solutions and innovations, including AI technology, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics, and Process Automation, within the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabian market. This role is pivotal to our SaaS business strategy, focusing on delivering measurable business value to customers while working cross-functionally within Infor's organization and leveraging partner ecosystems when needed.

The Enterprise Account Manager will own the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to deal closure, ensuring strict adherence to Infor methodologies and tools, including MEDDPICC and Salesforce.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Ownership & Accountability:

Lead the full sales cycle for Infor ERP and SaaS solutions.
Take responsibility for pipeline development, forecasting, and deal progression using Salesforce and MEDDPICC methodologies.
Drive accountability for achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Customer Engagement:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives in family conglomerates and large enterprises within the UAE and KSA.
Effectively articulate the business value of Infor solutions, aligning them with customer challenges and goals.
Conduct high-impact customer presentations and facilitate solution workshops.

Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including:

Solutions Consulting: Collaborate to tailor demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
Solution Delivery: Align expectations for seamless implementations.
Marketing: Develop and execute account-specific campaigns.
BDRs (Business Development Representatives): Ensure consistent lead generation and qualification.

Partner Ecosystem Management:

Engage with and leverage channel partners for extended reach in accounts, ensuring alignment with Infor's go-to-market strategy.
Maintain ownership of the sales process, even when partners are involved.

SaaS Sales Excellence:

Focus exclusively on selling SaaS solutions, driving subscriptions and renewals.
Stay updated on cloud and SaaS trends, incorporating them into customer conversations.

Methodology & Tools Compliance:

Adhere to Infor's structured sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, for effective opportunity qualification and progression.
Utilize Salesforce and other tools for pipeline management and reporting with high accuracy and diligence.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in SaaS sales is mandatory; exposure to ERP; as well as understanding of AI, RPA, Data Analytics, or Process Automation would highly desirable.
Familiarity with working with family conglomerates in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ERP ecosystems, cloud technologies, and business process automation.
Ability to grasp complex solutions and translate technical capabilities into business benefits.
Methodology: Expertise in MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is preferred.
