We are a dynamic and innovative company on a mission to revolutionize the industry through cutting-edge products and solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager with 9+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving product discovery, delivery, and adoption, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. This role is specifically for Open Finance where we want to build on our leadership position in India by being a preferred partner for clients in multiple geographies.

Key Focus Areas:

The candidate with experience in Open Finance, Account Aggregator, system integration, Open API Specification is desired. Experience in KYC, AML and Fraud is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Own P&L: Own and manage the entire P&L for the product line. Develop annual operating plans, set financial targets, and regularly report on performance against key business metrics (Revenue, Margin, LTV, CAC)

• Regulation Analysis: Proactively monitor and interpret the evolving regulatory and legislative landscape of focused jurisdictions, and translate complex compliance requirements into a clear product roadmap and actionable features.

• Product Discovery: Collaborate with clients, network partners, Customer Success Teams (CST), Sales, Marketing, Solutioning, and other Product teams to deeply understand and analyze customer needs, pain points, and market trends. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Product Design: Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that include functional and non-functional specifications, workflow diagrams, business logic, routing logic, wireframes, and user stories. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centric product designs.
• Product Delivery: Act as the Product Owner within Agile/Scrum frameworks, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product increments. Participate in Scrum rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless execution.
• Product Adoption: Partner with Sales and Customer Success Teams (CST) to drive product adoption and ensure customers derive maximum value from our solutions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, feature rollouts, and customer training programs. Monitor product usage and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data analysts, customer success managers and account managers to set priorities and drive business growth

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience with 4+ years of experience in managing teams, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Experience working on 2-4 highly scalable products from product discovery to growth stage
• Ability to comprehend the legislations and regulations of BFSI of different jurisdictions and translate to product functionalities
• Experience with designed tools for crafting wireframes and workflows like figma, diagrams.net, lucid chart, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Sheets, MS Excel, Python (2/3), SQL, Plotly, Pandas, or NumPy.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SCRUM and product management tools (e.g., gitlab, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in Google Docs, MS Word, Swagger
• A curious and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear value propositions for customers.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Background in FinTech and/or B2B SaaS industries (Good to have)

Role Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced strategic program leader to drive cross‑functional execution for Carrier’s global operational programs, including major strategic initiatives such as manufacturing JV setup, resource planning, operational readiness, and multi‑region alignment.
• The ideal candidate will orchestrate end‑to‑end program governance, coordinate global and regional teams, manage PMO deliverables, and ensure seamless alignment across OPS, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Business Development etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Program Leadership & PMO:

1） Lead PMO activities for large‑scale operational programs。
Responsibilities include schedule development, critical path analysis, risk and mitigation planning, and steering committee preparation.
2）Drive operational reviews, milestone readiness, and inter‑functional alignment with senior stakeholders, including OPS leaderships, HR, Finance, BD, R&D, and Supply Chain, DT, legal etc.

• Joint Venture & Site Setup Support

1) Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, HR, and Quality to ensure integrated planning and execution across workstreams.
2) Coordinate site selection, infrastructure planning, and alignment with real estate, facilities, and engineering partners.

• Cross-Functional Execution

1) Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, HR, and Quality etc. to ensure integrated planning and execution across workstreams.
2) Lead weekly cadence meetings and cross‑functional checkpoints to maintain progress and resolve bottlenecks.

• Resource Planning & Workforce Modeling

1) Own operational headcount planning, role definition, talent mapping, and FTE ramp strategies for new or expanding sites.
2) Collaborate with HR to define job roles, competency requirements, and recruiting timelines for manufacturing and technical teams.

• Executive Communication & Reporting

1) Prepare program briefs, milestone decks, financial alignment updates, and board‑level communication packages.
2) Ensure transparent, accurate reporting on risks, dependencies, and decisions needed from leadership.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

• 8+ years in strategic operations, program management, or NPI leadership roles.
• Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional global teams.
• Strong ability to build operational schedules, manage complex dependencies, and run PMO processes.
• Executive communication skills; ability to synthesize complex content into leadership-ready materials.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, JV or site startup, or transformation programs.

Preferred

• Prior exposure to projects of similar complexity (multi-region operations, plant ramp-up, capacity planning).
• Strong understanding of R&D, supply chain processes, and industrialization workflows.
• Experience working across EMEA/APAC/NA time zones.
• Knowledge of production systems, factory layout, or equipment planning (aligned with Castle workstreams).

Success Metrics:

• On-time delivery of program milestones.
• Effective alignment across diverse functions and geographies.
• Quality of executive communication and leadership confidence.
• Risk management effectiveness and issue resolution speed.
• Successful resourcing and startup readiness aligned with program schedules.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Logistics Director to lead the planning, implementation, and management of logistics operations for a large-scale infrastructure program. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of sitewide logistics assets, ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and develop strategies for short-, mid-, and long-term logistics planning.

This role requires expertise in construction logistics, project controls, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, health and safety, and compliance with program requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing logistics for complex mega projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials, resources, and infrastructure while minimizing disruptions to project schedules.

What You'll Be Doing:

Health, Safety, and Security:

• Drive and lead the health, safety, wellbeing, and security culture on the project, empowering the team to operate in line with QIC policies, procedures, and MDU objectives.
• Conduct safety investigations, inspections, and audits to maintain a safe working environment.

Logistics Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to support the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Plan and manage sitewide logistics, including access routes, laydown areas, material storage, and construction traffic management.
• Oversee the delivery of logistics assets and infrastructure, ensuring timely completion and readiness for project execution.

Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination:

• Engage with client development leads, master planners, and concept designers to ensure logistics strategies are integrated into the program lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address logistics challenges and resolve conflicts.
• Represent the client in logistics-related meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Operational Management:

• Lead the implementation of logistics workplans and key documents in accordance with program requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor logistics operations to ensure adherence to corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assign work to team members, oversee progress, and ensure timely completion of work assignments.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and report on logistics KPIs (e.g., material delivery efficiency, site access utilization, congestion impacts), identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Risk Management and Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety performance.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Provide visible and inclusive leadership, fostering a high-performance culture through clear direction, continuous feedback, and recognition of exceptional performance.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Advanced Problem Solving:

• Lead the resolution of unusually complex logistics challenges, providing innovative and creative solutions in coordination with functional leads.
• Contribute to the development of advanced principles, theories, and concepts to optimize logistics operations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.

Certifications:

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 20+ years of experience in logistics management for mega construction and infrastructure projects, with strong expertise in multi-disciplinary coordination and project controls.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations for complex construction environments, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of construction logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Competencies:

• Proactive and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to align stakeholders around a common vision.
• Skilled in managing teams and delivering results in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire high-performance teams.

• Proven experience of working within complex construction environment.
