About the role
We are seeking a creative/UX Digital Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of customer-centric digital content across Qatar Airways’ platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience through compelling, personalized, and brand-aligned messaging across website, mobile app, campaigns, loyalty, and other digital touchpoints
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
- Increase customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime value through personalized content delivery on Qatar
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, lead the personalization efforts for Qatar Airways' digital platforms, driving conversion on a visitor level and across multiple channels.
- Adopt content creation strategies to improve the customer experience and increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Drive a content strategy and develop communication guidelines for each user persona on qatarairways.com and other digital platforms as well as for existing and prospective customers across different digital channels (website, mobile app, banners, newsletters, social media)
- Develop an understanding and a mapping of customers' needs and triggers throughout their journey on qatarairways.com and the mobile app and establish content personalization principles to target customers with relevant communication at each of these journey points.
- Support with global campaign launches through synthesizing campaign propositions into key value propositions relevant to different target customer groups, and develop personalized campaign communication accordingly for offers, content and products.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum of 6 years of job-related experience
- Previous work experience in a creative content development role
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeted communication strategies
- Previous experience in the Airline industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Managerial skills – ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
