Data Center Lead Account Manager MEA, Nokia, Dubai, UAE

As a pivotal member of the Nokia Network Infrastructure Data Center Sales team, you will spearhead customer engagement and drive business growth across the Middle East and Africa. Your role focuses on managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with pre-sales experts to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique challenges. You will coordinate activities across sales and support functions, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize impact. In a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will leverage your deep understanding of the telecommunications sector to influence strategic decisions and navigate complex negotiations. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN



Drive business growth by managing multiple customer accounts and achieving sales targets across diverse portfolios.

    Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with Nokia Data Center Sales global strategies, and actively contribute to building its MEA implementation
    Engage regularly with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, enhancing overall effectiveness.
    Coordinate cross-functional activities among sales, pre-sales, and other teams based on market insights.
    Participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations, providing strategic input to maximize outcomes.
    Lead cross-functional deal teams, ensuring resource management and risk assessment are balanced effectively.
    Contribute to the formulation of best practices, enhancing products, processes, and services in response to market challenges.
    Act as a mentor and professional leader within the sales team, sharing insights and fostering a high-performance culture.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

    Consultative Selling & Customer Business Understanding
    Business acumen and technological thought leadership
    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecom sales, specifically in Data Center networking
    Fluency in Business English

It would be nice if you also had:

    Experience with the Middle East and Africa Data Center industry
    Understanding of Nokia’s standard contracts
    Skills in Bid Management and Customer Pricing

Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or business

Clinical Sales Representative (CSR), Modern PCI,

Middle East

 

Purpose Statement

 

Boston Scientific`s Modern PCI portfolio consists of Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS), Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR), Rotational Atherectomy (ROTA), and Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) Therapies. Together with Coronary Therapies that includes Drug Eluting Technologies (DET) as Stents and Balloons, various Catheters, Guidewires and other consumables, they constitute Boston Scientific`s comprehensive Interventional Cardiology Portfolio.

 

Modern PCI CSR secures safe and successful outcomes for BSC therapies related to the franchise by providing clinical and technical support on a daily basis. A team player able to promote Modern PCI therapies, operates on a proactive manner and constantly develops the necessary skills and competencies. A product expert able to protect the long-term value of the therapies by expanding to new Accounts and geographies, defending the pricing strategy and ensuring the safe usage through support and training before, during and after the procedure.

 

Works closely with the Coronary Therapies Franchise Lead, New Cardio Territory Managers along with relevant Commercial and Marketing teams in the region of responsibility.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Customer Education & Case Support:

 

    Demonstrates a deep knowledge of the products and therapies of their responsibility, including technical specifications, features, cost efficiency, clinical performance and troubleshooting
    Provides technical support to customers during a procedure in the Catheterization Laboratories (Cath Labs).
    Assists on increasing the efficiency on Cath Lab Inventory Management (consignment, communication of missing stock, minimize expiring stock)
    Gathers and follows-up on Cath Lab staff product related requests, liaises with peers and provides feedback on timely manner.
    Capable of building strong and trusted business relationships with Hospital Staff and supporting them before, during, and after the cases. Always operates based on Boston Scientific’s ethics and SOPs.
    Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
    Provides day-to-day field clinical (technical) support and education, Account management, coordination, and collection of training needs.
    Provide training to existing and new partners on product portfolio and new products with technical and clinical data.
    Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
     
    Collects educational needs
    Educates physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on (not limited to) Modern PCI Products by coordinating training sessions, Hands-on trainings, in-service education programs, seminars, and/or assigning the identified HCPs to either Boston Scientific or 3rd party educational activities in collaboration with the relevant functions in the organization.
    KOLs segmentation and engagement on educational activities based on divisional / regional need
     
    Utilization of provided tools for streamlined field activities
    eCare / EDUCARE platforms
    Extensive usage of available remote support tools to increase productivity           
    Reports complaint reports on timely manner as indicated by Boston Scientific`s policy

 

Commercial and Marketing Contributions:

For the region of responsibility and according to Divisional strategies:

    Market analysis
    Collects, analyzes, and keeps records related to market size and potential, market/product trends
    Excels on competitive intelligence and prepares actions to block competition from accessing the market and / or increase their market share
    Preparation of quarterly and annual activity reviews and market analyses
    Product / Therapy launches
    Assists on creating launch plans for therapies and products
    Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
    Commercial Co-Leadership
    Gathers business opportunities and discuss them with peers operating in the same geography
    Operates with a portfolio pull-through mindset
    Assists on preparation and attends/presents on Divisional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
    Assists on tender specifications for the portfolio of responsibility
    Utilization of provided tools for streamlined field activities
    Sales Funnel Support tools
    Extensive usage of available remote support tools to increase productivity            

 

 

Skills & Background Requirements (must-have)
 

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree required (biomedical engineering)
    Minimum 3 years of experience in Cardiology in Industry (Sales Representative, Clinical support, other)
    Clinical sales skills, solutions-oriented thinking, and proactive behavior
    Able to work in a matrix environment, independently and as part of a team
    Efficient communication and presentation skills
    Stress resistant
    Fluent in Arabic and English
    Ability to travel extensively (60-80%)

Summary:

Candidate will be responsible to develop and maintain the below in BMS Business:

    OEM Channel
    BMS Trade channel

The candidate will reside in Riyadh and will be covering Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for achieving the AOP (Annual operation Plan) targets which includes demand generation activities, business leads creation & follow up, partner selection process and smooth execution (revenue & receivables) of the secured deals in coordination with regional operations team.

Basic Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/mechatronics or Electrical engineering

2.      5-8 years of HVAC controls knowledge, minimum of 2-3 years in ELV\BMS trade business

3.      Experience in a Sales/Account Management in related field in Saudi Arabia

 

Preferred skills:

    Excellent communication\soft skills

    Proven record on reviewing and validating technical submittals
    Good acquaintance with OEM & Trade accounts and buying behaviors is preferable
    Excellent English language, Arabic will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

    Identify and Develop relationships with OEM & Trade partners and system integrators , key clients, consultants, operators, regulatory bodies, contractors
    Demand Generation activities with top key accounts

    Positioning Honeywell products through specification’s influence, marketing & technical seminars
    Drive specification work with leading OEM & Trade consultants

    Building and evolving channels: system integrators\partners as well working across other teams within Honeywell to grow the business

    Continuously optimize channels through routine evaluation with stakeholders
    Ability to identify, engage in business opportunities at early stage
    Assists System Integrators & OEM / Trade partners within assigned region in developing, recommending, and implementing plans for selling Honeywell Controls products and BMS system
    Support sales team while closing the projects with contractors
    Map and manage the multi facility key accounts of consultants, clients, and developers
    Liaise with the technical team from time to time to ensure smooth project / account management
    Lead the Project Bidding Team including monitoring system integrator ensuring that timely, compelling offers are provided for project Opportunities
    Monitor external environment and identify opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy and meet changing market conditions

    Develop and Conduct Monthly reviews with partners\management in assigned territory for AOP traceability and CRM alignment (salesforce opportunities) with accurate updates  
    Communicate corporate direction and focus SI’s selling efforts to align with corporate initiatives and goals
    Develop and implement a regional specific business plan for each fiscal year to ensure profitable growth
    Increase share of wallet for BMS business at selected strategic operator accounts.
    Conduct quarterly sales forecasts vs. plan analysis and adjusts sales activity and account priority accordingly
    Monitor external environment to provide continued feedback on market trends, competitive environment, and new opportunities

    Coordinate and engage with regional operations team to guarantee smooth execution including revenue recognition and following up Receivables
    Issue effective and timely reporting towards management
