We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team. In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process.

The Account Executive will need to effectively leverage internal and external stakeholders to successfully generate qualified opportunities, win new business and expand Software AG’s footprint in existing customers, establishing a long-term close partnership.

Essential Functions

• Utilizing your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Automation (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
• Leveraging your knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Value Chain (Porter), and Business Model Canvas to tailor solutions to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
• Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
• Navigating the BPM ecosystem, including, ERP, Low code, ITSM/CMDB, Hybrid integration/iPaaS, API management, and Analytics and others as required.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
• Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a "New Business Hunter" role in a related field or industry.

Nice to Haves

• 6+ years' experience with value-based proposition SaaS sales.
• A well-connected network of c-level executives where your relationship could be advantageous.
• Proven track record in hunting, prospecting, pipeline generation, opportunity management, and deal closing
• Ability to speak and write fluent English

Store Manager - Max, Landmark Group, Bahrain

We need a Store Manager - Max
Responsible for planning and driving store's retail operations so as to ensure maximum sales , maximum profitability, optimum stocking, increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth , for maintaining the desired visual merchandising, retail operations, customer service, replenishment, recovery standards in his/her area in the store in all aspects and for sponsoring and coaching the team and driving continuous improvements.

1. Sales and Commercial Performance

Communicate the sales targets to the staff and help in maximizing the sales and profitability of the store

Maximize productivity targets (sales per sqft, ATV, Conversion etc)

Implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the Territory Head and Concept Heads

Control costs within budgetary guidelines

Identify internal and external commercial opportunities

Ensure effective Stock and Space Management

Conduct SWOT review to analyze the customer profile

Provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities

Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices

2. Inventory Management & Stock Distribution

Ensure effective Inventory and Warehouse management for the concept in the territory ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)

Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks , implementing corrective action to be taken

Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action

Ensure pricing of merchandise as per norms and matrix format

Provision of monthly feedback to Concept on sales, stock positions and product feedback

3. Operational Standards and Management

Ensure the store is in compliance with the store operating and customer service standards

Ensure the store is in compliance with the company policy on employment and state laws, health and safety standards

Ensure the store portrays the company image in all aspects of personal presentation and adheres to the company dress code as laid out by the Company

Ensure store sales, promotions are effectively executed and professionally

Be accountable for store sales/assets as per the operating standards and SOP.

4. People Management

Ensure that all new recruits understand their job and inducted well within the company

Assist Area retail manager in grievance handling and disciplinary actions

Ensure skill development and performance management of store staffs through Learning & Development

Monitor and appraise the performance of retail staffs in coordination with area retail managers and developing individual career plans.

Provide support in staff welfare activities (transport/ accommodation)

Set KRA's for direct reports and conduct performance appraisal

Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the store staff

Build/Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Post-graduate degree in Business Administration. 7-10 years experience. 6 years in retail industry handling an area.

Job Description

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for managing key accounts that generate significant revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding valuable relationships with customers. They will research and pursue new business opportunities and create connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers.

What You’ll Do:

• You will be identifying, negotiating and closing big deals within the ME region. You will be working with CMOs and CTOs of some of the biggest brands in the world. You will be working with them to build solutions that allow them to win. We are customer obsessed.
• You will be called upon to utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision makers and influencers of the prospective deal. We believe it is OK, be fearless.
• You will listen, identify and understand clients/prospective clients needs and deliver to their expectations. You will be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way. Helping others succeed makes us happy.
• You will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals. We passionately, genuinely care.
• You are hugely curious will constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide that sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue. Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

• You are incredibly smart (we are in a very fast-moving industry, and you have to be nimble of mind to keep up) and have a work ethic second to none. Every human has the potential to be amazing. Keep learning. AND we are coachable.
• You’ve got 4-8 years of enterprise software sales experience, meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when behind the wheel of creating a complex & enterprise-wide SaaS deals. We are customer obsessed.
• You’ve been successful in building relationships – Sprinklr is a best-in-class solution. But we’ve succeeded because we genuinely care about how we make people feel. You share the same values, know that relationships are everything and have the ability to use these to identify and develop new business opportunities. We passionately, genuinely care.
• You love the Customer Experience revolution!
