ENHAPP – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for someone awesome to join us as our Business Development Manager.

You have around 8+ years' experience in B2B sales with a proven track record within technology, SaaS, solutions, etc.
Experience in the corporate wellness industry would be big differentiator. You will be achieving the periodic sales targets in terms of revenue booking and realizing sales collections and play an instrumental role in fueling ENHAPP’s growth through new customer acquisition.

This is a mid-managerial role, which may have people management responsibilities and should be capable of working under limited supervision. The role involves making outbound sales calls, appointment setting, cold calling, designing, and implementing a strategic sales plan that helps in upskilling on the industry landscape, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

The incumbent will also oversee the day-to-day sales activities in creating, maintaining, and reviewing a healthy sales pipeline for the line of business. The role will also require taking inputs from the Marketing/Customer Success teams with pre-sales and upsell efforts. Ultimately, you will be joining us on our mission to expand our reach further and building a bigger and healthier community!

Key Responsibilities:
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth
• Developing lead generation tactics and outreach strategies specific to each campaign based on market research and desired outcomes.
• Ensure having a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to match the revenue expectation
• Qualify leads methodically coming from internal marketing, direct sales and channel partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales
metrics.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle
• Inspire, motivate, and enable personal and career development of team members, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for ENHAPP
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape ENHAPP’s offerings to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of all aspects of
all ENHAPP programs.
• Observe, study and identify client needs, and explore ways and means to cross- sell and up-sell the portfolio of services/products of ENHAPP.
