Professional Development Specialist (Male) – Mathematics, Doha, Qatar

We need a Professional Development Specialist (Male) – Mathematics

1. Conduct needs assessment for the professional development of mathematics teachers and educational leaders.

2. Design professional development plans based on identified needs.

3. Design and implement specialized training programs to enhance mathematics teachers skills and educational leadership.

4. Provide guidance and mentoring to mathematics teachers and coordinators.

5. Monitor and evaluate performance and skills acquired during training programs.

6. Contribute to building math professional learning communities.

7. Participate in conferences, forums, and events at Qatar University.

8. Prepare reports related to educational programs offered.

9. Collect and analyze data related to professional development activities.

10. Participate in committees related to the development of mathematics teaching.

11. Follow recent developments in educational practices and mathematics teaching.

12. Contribute to educational research at the university level and beyond.

13. Perform additional tasks aligned with university objectives.

Qualifications

Education and Certificates

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction or master’s degree in Mathematics with an educational qualification.

Languages

Arabic & English

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in KG to Grade 12 system or equivalent systems, including leadership roles (Math Coordinator, Academic vice-principal in Mathematics, Math Educational Supervisor).

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a Business-to-Business (B2B) software company.
Experience engaging and building relationships with a wide range of internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Experience managing the full sales cycle (e.g., pipeline management, forecasting, reporting).

Preferred qualifications:

As Talent Acquisition Onboarding Manager under Cabin Services,

You will be responsible for providing team leadership, case management support and management of key stakeholders to ensure the continuation of the Cabin Crew Onboarding team operations.
You will be accountable for planning and delivery of recruitment onboarding activities and candidate services to ensure timely onboarding of Cabin Crew.
You will implement standard operating procedures with minimal process variation between sections within Cabin Crew recruitment, while establishing standards for managing and documenting candidate related data.
You will act as the primary management and escalation point of contact for day-to-day activities whist driving the delivery of the manpower requirement and candidate experience.
In addition, you will ensure that recruitment has the right processes and tools to deliver its objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible, through recruitment change projects and required operational support.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 7 years of job-related experience or Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience in cabin crew recruitment or volume recruitment.

He/she is directly responsible for daily operations, new product and brands launches, while building the Supply Chain of the Future through efficient systems and processes. The Supply Chain Manager has a mandate to bring the department to targeted levels of performance in the context of fast growth while supporting our customer-focused omnichannel strategy. The ideal candidate is a professional with an outstanding knowledge and track record of accomplishments in Supply Chain operations, warehouse fulfillment and distribution, planning tools and stakeholder relationship management. With a direct reporting line to the General Manager – KSA, the Supply Chain Manager will have a strong dotted reporting line to the Supply Chain Director – Middle East and will be a functional member of the Regional Supply Chain Leadership Team. From this setup perspective, a strong collaboration mindset is expected from the candidate to manage the relationship between KSA and Dubai HO.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Lead Supply Chain operations in the country to maximize product availability and optimize inventory levels across the network.
Manage replenishment strategy and frequency to ensure optimal fulfillment for all our stores and e-com platform.
Continuously improve last mile solutions that bring additional efficiency and convenience to stores operation and on-line customers.
Supervise local warehouses operation, driving a collaborative mindset with local 3PL to increase efficiency, enhance quality standards and reduce cost.
Work closely with local retail team to sense changes in product demand and to adjust the outlook accordingly.
Supervise over-stock and discontinued items exit strategy, coordination of return campaigns and stock rebalancing operations.
Define and monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to proactively diagnose and address operational performance and needs.
Work closely with Dubai HO on Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) to support analysis on KPIs and drive action plans.

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience managing Supply Chain operations
Middle East and KSA experience preferred
Retail, Cosmetics, Pharma or FMCG experience preferred
Extensive Logistics, 3PL Management and Demand & Supply Planning expertise
Strong planning systems / ERP (SAP and RELEX considered a plus)
Strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Results oriented and proactive
