- The Dubai office opened in January 2013, we had 17 staff at the start of 2018, and we 40 + today and have some exciting growth plans this year
- We have had consistent back to back record-breaking years, and the office continues to grow rapidly

- Our diverse office has 15 different nationalities, and 8 different languages spoken (Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, French, Tagalog, Russian, Portuguese)
- The Middle East is an emerging market economy with few RPOs and lots of direct access to stakeholders and decision makers

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter who is looking to develop their career in a high-performance team environment. There is excellent clear career progression opportunities (management in the near future) and earning potential, the Dubai office covers a huge market encompassing eight different countries. We plan to build out a network of offices in the coming years, so this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to be apart of our expansion.
You will be part of a close-knit team and you will recruit top tier candidates for various Tech roles. We are looking for consultants experienced in recruiting in the Product, Information & Cyber Security and Cloud and AWS spaces. You will also have a researcher supporting you with the sourcing of your roles and work in a social and hardworking team with some of the best personalities in the recruitment business!
