POSITION
Reporting to the Middle East Human Resources Director, this HR specialist position is key in supporting our ambition for the Brand and developing a strong employer reputation within the region.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs in the HR area like Compensation & Benefits strategy, annual HR process and employer branding.
Another important mission is to understand the reality of the market, analyze business needs, make recommendations in strong partnership with the HRD and HR team at EMEA level to develop and promote HR initiatives to further the strategic goals of the business.
Compensation and benefits strategy:
Run annual market survey and ensure our competitive position on the market
Analyze and benchmark the competition and propose disruptive solution to maintain our level of competition
Ensure a strong retention policy (life insurance, medical insurance, pension scheme ...)
Annual HR process:
Prepare and run the ICR with HR Managers and HRD
Respect the deadline before, during and after the ICR process
Coordinate Annual report for the region
Benchmarks and structure of the organization:
Coordinate the benchmark proposals with HR Managers and validate with HRD
Structure the organization to ensure a global coherence (no grades)
Global HR projects:
Participate and animate impactful HR projects (e-HR, new commission scheme, renewal of medical insurance ...)
Compliance:
Ensure the right level of communication, training and explanation on compliance topics (ERKIA, code of conduct ...)
PROFILE
Preferably more than 5 to 7 years of solid experience of working as a C&B specialist
International profile with the knowledge of the Middle East is a plus
Entrepreneur, work autonomously and demonstrate a positive enthusiastic attitude
Deliver excellence with agility,
Active listening and coaching skills
Ability to dive into details with analytical approach while to have a step back and a synthesis approach
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Retail experience is a plus
