We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for launching new and developing existing upsell and cross-sell products, improving their metrics and directly influencing a significant part of the travel business. This is a key position that requires strong analytical skills, understanding of clients and a desire to make their experience the best.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ancillaries’ product portfolio.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Product Development and Delivery:
Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood, implemented correctly, and meet customer expectations.
Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, customer needs, and resource availability.
Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback from stakeholders to drive product improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as business development, to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into product development.
Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Product Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Define and track key product metrics and success criteria to evaluate product performance.
Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business value.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, background in system or business analysis as a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering successful software products on time and within budget.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
