Your role:
The SNO specialist supports external trade customers / Distributors as well as internal customers through order processing, shipping, invoicing, ο¬nancial reconciliation, data analysis and problem solving. Maintains forecast models for Markets, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from Marketing, Controlling, Market Access & Pricing, Quality & Regulatory Aο¬air.
Closely coordinate the single order process steps with the suppliers and capture optimization potential.
Monitor and review supplier on time delivery and tackle any challenges or late deliveries to increase delivery performance .
Handling sales orders and POs between customer and supply point.
Master data updates and price monitoring
Responsible for sales booking, invoicing and finance reconciliation
Ensure timely availability of all necessary shipping documents.
Handle complaints (excluding quality complaints) as well as tracing corrective measures.
Support Head of Supply Chain on monitoring and improving Key performance indicators.
Update dashboards and prepare reports for diο¬erent departments.
Reduce inventory adjustments risk
Ensure eο¬ective and reliable sales forecast accuracy and demand planning.
Support the Supply chain manager in operation plan submission and planning.
Manage replenishment to support target customer inventory.
Use and maintain the demand planning integrated business planning system (SAP-IBP)
Conduct a regular alignment meeting with key stakeholders on forecasting, business risk assessment and production to meet product availability

Sytematic, Controlled, Organized, detailed oriented
Graduated in supply chain, business management, logistics management You have an SAP/ IBP / S&OP / JDA Experience
Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analysis, Data Science (Power BI, Tableau) Advanced Excel know how
Fluent in english
