Job Title: Transplant Commercial Lead

Location: Riyadh
Full time - permanent role
About the job

Main responsibilities:

The Transplant Commercial Lead is accountable for creating and implementing the country-level HCP engagement and sales plans, including shared goals with key stakeholders. The role will be expected to:

Pull in the external area and prioritize account-level insights, proactively and continually, to ensure delivery of the country's goals and contribute to the GG Brand and Portfolio Integrated Growth Plans.
Develop and implement tactical sales plans consistent with the global business strategy to maximize market share and achieve sales and profitability targets.
Main Tasks

Sales Target Achievement

Develop the customer roadmaps to facilitate the achievement of medium and long-term business growth objectives.
Develop and implement tactical sales plans consistent with the global business strategy to maximize market share and achieve sales and profitability targets.
Liaise closely with distributors to achieve the planned objectives.
Customer Engagement 

Contribute to the development of and implement marketing and customer engagement plans to penetrate the markets and identify opportunities to maximize business growth.
Engage effectively through the execution of personalized omnichannel strategies that provide unrivalled customer experience.
Agile Framework 

Be part of an Agile squad working within a scrum framework; Play a critical role in the squad's progress towards the shared business objectives. 
Develop and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships and partnerships to ensure the best market execution, leading to acceleration the growth of Sanofi's business.  
Bringing new ideas and ways of working, striving for results, and achievement of an enhanced customer experience. 
Maintain Compliance 

Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including, but not restricted to, maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company.
Ensure that all sales personnel complete all the necessary training and adhere to current SOP’s relevant to their function.
Ethical Leadership 

Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
Escalates any decisions, or seeks the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role
Health, Safety and Environment Responsibilities 

To care for his/her own safety and wellbeing and the safety of others, and to co-operate with the company to ensure a safe place of work. Employees are therefore expected to:
Support and conform to Company HSE rules and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and pollution free work environment.
Engage the HSE department in the related activities (where applicable), and be sure that the work performed is in compliance with the local HSE regulations, Corporate HSE Policy and key requirements.
Demonstrate commitment to HSE through active involvement in the related programs and campaigns.
Participate in HSE/ Road safety committee meetings and give input to improve the program.
Follow HSE guidelines and take all necessary measures applicable to effectively implement the ‘HSE action plan (PASS)’ in work area and the activities.
Promote and follow the HSE rules and ‘Act responsibly’ to protect yourself and others from injury and ill health conditions while at the work locations and/or while using road e.g traffic rules, emergency evacuation procedures, medical surveillance, healthy lifestyle etc.
Follow the company’s road safety program.
Ensure a periodic evaluation and actions related to ‘road safety coaching and assessment of District Sales Managers.
Periodically check and ensure all cars (including the team member’s car) are timely serviced and maintained and are in roadworthy condition, which includes but is not limited to checking the physical condition of the car, validity of the driver license, car insurance, maintenance record, tire conditions etc
Identify HRD (High-risk Drivers) and make recommendations for the training.
Attend HSE training and schedule the team members to attend the same.
Report all the accidents/incidents (if any) to the HSE Manager and investigate within the area of responsibility.
Thoroughly read all HSE instructions, procedures, and policies issued by the Company, and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to the Line Manager.

Trade and Revenue Management team

Business Operations team
Ethics and Business Integrity
EXTERNAL

Would be expected to be involved with:

HCP's/KOL's/KTL's
Physicians
Pharmacists
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 

Education Level : 

Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (Medicine, Pharmacy).
An MBA is a plus.
Experience: 

Minimum 7 experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 5 Years in marketing/sales management, customer engagement, or similar roles.
Transplant business experience is a plus.
Skills
