Your tasks
Maintain required level of product knowledge and applications
Inquiry handling, estimation & submission of quotation for system-spares in a clear and accurate manner
Providing and assisting colleagues on technical and engineering issues
Building relationships with customers to understand their requirements and offer solutions in an efficient way
Maintain accurate records of accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases
Follow up & management of submitted quotations to win business
Support role for warehouse activities such as packing, dispatch etc. as well as support role for import / export activities
Your Qualification and Skills
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science
3 to 4 years’ experience in Inside sales or Sales Engineering in a technical environment
Possess good level of techno-commercial awareness
Ability to read engineering drawings and familiarity of schematics
Ability to research, manage and manipulate numerical information
Previous experience in the crane electrification or material handling industry is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills incl. problem solving attitude
Ability to create quotations and develop proposals
Ability to provide technical support and recommendations to customers
Knowledge-experience of working in SAP or equivalent software, exposure to
working in MS office and comfortable with using CRM tools
