Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Office Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work in O&M projects

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing technical & clerical support to the workforce, coordinating different parties involved in the contracts and implementing ADM policies & regulations.

Collecting the required data from all cities and preparing all technical reports after reviewing the collected data.

Preparing a solid data base of all information related to O&M agricultural projects and making sure that everything is in line with the Emirate’s regulations.

Keeping proper records of all contractual related activities of all cities.

Maintains familiarity and working knowledge with standard processes and procedures.

Contributes to progress updates and performance metrics for monthly briefings.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals with whom interface is required.

Maintain complex project controls, filings, and corresponding contract administration required record keeping.

Manage meetings, agendas, minutes, attendances, and distributions.

Manage project delays through delay tracker template, work planner, production analysis, project photos.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

B.Sc. Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years practical O&M experience with no less than a 10 years’ experience in related landscape experience or any other related field

Working knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire the knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Demonstrated experience working independently, proactively solving problems and exhibiting a solution orientation.

Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex file structures, organizing project documentation and maintaining required project controls.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and strong technical writing skills are required.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite of tools.
