Responsible for leading food content and brand strategy practice.

Key custodian for Dentsu Creative MENA’s food-first product, overseeing high-quality creative content, managing client relationships, handling

day-to-day studio operations, winning new business, promoting product internally and externally,

refining ways of working, optimizing costs, increasing utilization, and fostering strong industry

partnerships.

Simultaneously lead agency’s brand strategy projects, working with key team members to enhance local credentials, win new business, and produce best-in-class branding work. Seek to identify areas of shared growth across two service lines while providing agency-wide leadership in food creative,

branding and content, and English copywriting.

Key responsibilities

Food

Create food product & set go-to-market strategy

Direct creative vision and principles

Oversee all creative content output

Renovate studio

Manage day-to-day studio (team, budget, schedule, production)

Grow service line (new wins, expanded relationships)

Lead & strengthening key client relationships

Collaborate with design and client-servicing departments

Foster strong relationships with key partners

Implement new ways of working & standards

Increase studio utilization and profitability

Cross-sell food product internally

Host culinary workshops and team events

Branding

Lead Dentsu Creative MENA’s brand strategy

Develop brand strategies and brand books

Create verbal identities/tone of voice guidelines

Run branding workshops and 101s

Grow service line

Lead & strengthen key client relationships

Collaborate with design and client-servicing departments

Foster strong relationships with key partners

Implement new ways of working & standards

Misc.

Contribute to English copywriting responsibilities

Maintain legacy projects/scope (Emirates, SMO)

Contribute to content strategy/workshops

Key responsibilities (dentsu-wide):

Serves as a visionary leader across the businesses they are assigned to lead

Develops big strategic platform ideas grounded in data and rich in insight and steward their growth and development

Serves as the lead team member with ultimate responsibility for the quality of the strategic and creative products the team produces

Leads and directs new business efforts with a clear understanding of the agencies go-to market strategy

Contributes to the agencies intellectual property by developing broad-based initiatives on techniques and topics relevant to Agency and Client interests

Uses all forms of data to uncover insights, with a strong mastery of both qualitative and quantitative research

Mentors group members, in addition to being able to help manage their projects on a day-to-day basis and motivate them to push their thinking to the next level through a visionary approach to their problems

Acts as a strong client and creative partner to drive the brand and business mission forward

Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
