Job Purpose:
As Analytics and Insights Manager in Global Solutions, you will be responsible for owning all the Analytics platforms and products across MAF Tech and
Leading the digital transformations and cloud strategies and governance practices in the Data Analytics Practice.
This role requires collaboration with different lines of business, supporting the businesses throughout the implementation journey and building capabilities to
better harness the power of data. This is a strategic role which uncovers enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics and
implement enterprise data products and data management applications that improve operational effectiveness and provide actionable data analytics and
insights.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop Strategies to implement enterprise data products, data pipelines and data management applications that improve Operational efficiency,
process rationalization, cost optimization model.
• Bringing in the cultural shift from limited focus for data to harnessing the full potential in the most widely set and innovative manner, catering to
Operations, Finance, Procurement, Human Capital and more.
• Lead an agile DevOps software team to create innovative applications.
• Drive impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, mitigate risk, and help businesses gain a competitive edge.
• Develop analytical frameworks, road-maps, and discover key performance indicators
• Help businesses navigate various analytics applications to get the most value out of their technology investment and foster confidence in their
business intelligence with Modern and Innovative Analytics solutions
• Demonstrate use of data visualisation (Power BI, Oracle etc), data mining, to derive the most accurate business insights from large amounts data.
• Provide data architecture and technical delivery guidance; Oversee exploratory data analysis and Mentor team of data champions to provide
algorithmic recommendations
Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Computer Science or similar engineering discipline
• Masters from Tier 1 institutes in a quantitative field such as Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics,
Management/Business Information Systems (or related degree).
• Minimum 8 years of experience, 2 years of which in a leadership role within the Analytics field - in agile/scrum software development, data science
settings with a focus on developing projects using Data warehousing and cloud, with experience in Shared Service functions – Finance, HC,
Procurement mandatory.
• Experience in designing and implementing User Interfaces at an Enterprise Level.
• Strong system architecture and design experience to include deploying enterprise applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages in Python, R and Java.
• Experience in Design Thinking, commercial interests, and technological constraints
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research and synthesizing to provide insights, identify opportunities, and generate conceptual
frameworks
