Arcadia Education Group is seeking to recruit their Founding Admissions Lead for the Arcadia Global School (AGS), which will open its doors to students in August 2023. AGS will be the third school within the group catering for students from age 1 to 18 within the National Curriculum for England. AGS will open in its first phase to students from Nursery (Age 1-3) to Year 6 and the Founding Admissions Lead will work closely with the Founding Principal to drive enrolments ahead of the opening date.
Responsibilities include visit management, enrolment, admissions entry tests, recording of accurate information in the schools ERP system, preparing class lists, liaison with key staff members, scholarships eligibility, payment follow with liaison with Accounts, withdrawal formalities and so forth. Ensure the timely production of accurate and high quality data to support continuous analysis and improvement. Well organised, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work as a part of a dynamic and busy team. You will develop in-depth knowledge of the school, the education system.
At least five years’ previous experience in closing sales deals and servicing high net worth individuals. Experience in working with people from different cultural backgrounds, and you will also be able to build relationships with colleagues and representatives from corporate companies to nursery managers. Western educated individuals preferred.
