Purpose:
Positions holders are responsible for administering multiple areas of human resources and rewards programs including:
HR employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc.
Personnel records maintenance pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc.
Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies.
Compensation & benefits program implementation and administration.
May select and manage HR outsourcing vendors.
Responsible for content, design and configuration of the HRIS.
Triage, customer case management and manage cases to closure.
Accountability Level:
Entry level professionals or highly experienced operations/technical/support Jobs. Typically completed higher education/qualification or requires expert technical operational knowledge of procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. First point of escalation for non-routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and communication policies and reward programs e.g. Base salary, bonus, incentives plan, levels slotting.
Support the development of the business case for any new programmes covering recognition and retention within the global principle and guidance.
Coordinate the process, policies and related regulations in daily operations.
Ensure the quality and accuracy in all key operational deliveries, e.g. payroll, regulations reporting and filing, benefits services and staff movement records.
Assist with smooth running and upgrade of HRIS systems.
Typical Experience:
University Degree / Specialised Diploma / Vocational Training
