Summary
Manages multiple teams and adapts DLS department plans and sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.
Job Responsibilities
Provides leadership to managers and professional staff & act as the main communications link between HMH Operations team in MENA and manage all the processes.
Daily administration, professional support and responsibility of (Service, Overhaul & Modifications, Supply Chain, Quality assurance & HSSE processes).
Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams Service, Overhaul & Modifications, Supply Chain, Quality assurance & HSSE processes).
Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities.
Ensure any issues or concerns are addressed, and all deadlines are met for projects.
Decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives.
Applies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performance.
Identifies and solves complex, operational and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
Maintain good relations, ensure customer’s requirements are met and performed to the highest standards.
Guided by organization functional business plans, impacts the department results by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies.
Ensure after-sales support is optimized and fully operative.
Maximize utilization and reduce unnecessary costs.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering Discipline or relevant discipline (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 15 years of relevant experience)
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional level experience. Minimum 5 years of management experience and leading organizations
Skills and Abilities: Ability to persuade managers and leaders to take action and/or negotiate with external partners/ vendors/customers. Possesses knowledge of global contract administration practices. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to take initiative and be accountable for own decisions and actions. Ability to focus on and bring to conclusion to multiple tasks.
