Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop discipline-wise models from the basic inputs available for the specific discipline at various stages of the project.
Generating clash reports
Clash resolutions as per the standards or as per client inputs.
Preparing RFIs for the issues identified as per the coordination or clash issues for the solutions for the concerned stakeholder.
Resolving the Clashes based on the inputs from the concerned team.
Develop the drawings as per the project/client standards by adding annotations like tags, dimensions, and flow rates as required for the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire services.
Reporting to the project lead, coordinating with all project teams to ensure the timely delivery of the project requirements.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering
Minimum 4-5 years of specific MEP discipline modeling, Coordination and Clash Resolution experience for all MEP Services (Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing and Public Health)
Good knowledge to understand Schematic and Single Line Diagrams to develop BIM Models using Autodesk Revit.
You should have hands-on UAE Project experience of developing the various stages of the drawing.
Knowledge of the coordination of all MEP services with respect to Architecture, Structure and Inter-Disciplinary MEP services
Clash Detection using Autodesk Navisworks and preparing RFIs regarding Clash or Coordination issues.
Should have strong knowledge of LODs and requirements of various stakeholders in the BIM Industry.
Need to have minimum knowledge of all MEP services design
Need to understand the Legends for various disciplines of MEP services
Experience in National and International projects, High Rise-Residential and Commercial Buildings will be an added advantage.
Preferred Software Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Revit MEP & Navisworks experience is mandatory.
Good hands-on experience with any CAD application.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint ).
