We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious, hands-on Technical Lead with experience in .OutSystems technology.
Job location - Saudi Arabia

This is a mid-managerial role, where the candidate will be involved in team handling and development activities. The candidate will lead the design and development of web applications and mobile solutions for internal/external requirements. The candidate will work with project managers, creative teams, developers, QA professionals and account managers to deliver the product/requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop overall technical strategies for internal/external client projects from technical requirements.
• Lead the technical aspects like designing, coding, debugging along with them.
• Communicate with internal/external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
• Direct, oversee and mentor local and offshore developers.
• Create technical estimations and present technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as needed.
• Create and update design and functional documents. Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Research technical issues and provide recommendations.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate.
• Assist seniors with the creation of task-level project plans that detail the specific tasks required to deliver a solution.
• Work closely with seniors to ensure that client expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience on Development of Mobile or Web Applications using OutSystems platform.
• Good understanding of developing Entity model and relations.
• Hands on experience in JavaScript and CSS customization. Good understanding of SOAP and Restful Web Services.
• Good understanding of using Databases, DB Extensions and Custom Extensions in OutSystems.
• Familiar with Agile Development Life Cycle.
• Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds.
• Ability to lead a team of developer and mentoring them on OutSystems Development.
