Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! What’s On Your Plate?
- Develop and optimise operational processes and technology solutions to support growth across local markets. Key focus is to work with local teams to understand operational blockers to achieving KPI's and engage with central teams to improve
- Optimizes core operational processes to enable growth and scale with local markets
- Scope and deliver initiatives to improve ops metrics quantified with comprehensive data analysis to measure success
- Project manage product roll outs end to end (experiment, GTM and launch) and ensure the right processes and procedures are in place
- Work closely with local market teams to deliver operational KPIs through operational and product initiatives
- Build relationships across local markets and central functions to ensure local markets needs are prioritised
- Consistently review and identify areas of opportunity; simplfing and removing non-value adding tasks and automating store operations
- Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes
- Proactively communicate and where needed, create communication cadence at local level to ensure visibility of performance, initiatives and product changes
What Did We Order?
