Role Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of MEA Market in a manner that supports business objectives, achieves milestones, and contributes to financial goals.
- Act as a Salesforce champion and promote data discipline and hygiene.
- Promote data driven insights and salesforce best practices
- Act as the key point of contact for any operational issues in the Market.
- Develop metrics for capturing, analyzing, and reporting effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted business partner by recognizing issues and escalate problems through appropriate channels.
- Identify, develop, and implement opportunities to improve processes, products and/or services.
- Identify process improvement and change initiatives.
- Report key business decision-making information to management on both an ad-hoc and recurring basis.
- Contribute to the business's strategic planning process.
Skills and Experience
Knowledge & Skill
- General knowledge of all relevant business relationships within Refinitiv
- Overall understanding of Refinitiv businesses and other functional groups
- Resolves complex business issues through application of in-depth skills, knowledge and understanding of industry issues
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBi

- Provides input on resolving key issues that directly impact business
- Proactively recommends process, product or improvements to internal/ external business challenges or regulatory issues
