MISSIONS:
- Contribute to the harmonization of practices by spreading a common culture, particularly in terms of integrity and attitude towards risks: Reference document,procedure kit, template.
- Identify specific control activities based on a risk mapping adapted to each entity (risk assessment, risk scoring)
- Ensure the monitoring of the effectiveness of the internal control system, in particular through the monitoring of the implementation of action plans and the realization of certain test plans.
- Ensure communication around internal control rules within the Group
Participation of the deployment and administration of the Internal Control Tool (IRIS):
Implement tools and indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the internal control system:
IRIS Project
- Construction of the functional
- Operational Management of the various project providers
- Follow - up of the different milestones
Monitor the implementation of internal control via IRIS within Group entities
- Deploy IRIS within the group on the basis of a core model associated with a gap analysis.
- Administration of the internal control tool (database containing the internal control framework, good practices for identifying and controlling risks, monitoring indicators, etc.)
- Provide training related to the implementation of the tool within the different entities
PROFILE
EDUCATION : Bachelor’s Degree in Business or finance from an accredited university or college, MBA…
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 years’ experience in Internal Control
SKILL SET :
¢ Strong analytical and synthetical skills
¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
¢ Very good organizational and time management skills
¢ Full Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
