WSP are looking for a Design Manager to support our projects on King Salman Park.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Coordinate with the client’s internal stakeholders
- Manage the development of the initial asset briefs and the efforts of the various consultancies engaged to carry
out the design of the assets and infrastructure required - Lead the coordination of the Consultants designs
Ensure that the designs develop correctly and that the required information is produced in a timely manner to enable construction. - Monitor the design and ensure that the client’s aspirations are achieved and
Responsible for ensuring that all design protocols are observed and that the necessary information is produced and
supplied
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- A Bachelor’s of Architecture, or a related subject
- Preferably 8+ years’ experience in Architecture and Design with a background on
- Architectural design management
- Hospitality experience
- Buildings
- Mechanical & Electrical experience
- Have been part of a Design team leading the delivery of large scale projects, in the Middle East
- Transferable Iqama
