 JOB STATEMENT 

 

Should be responsible for maintaining smooth operation of supply centre with best quality product, timely deliveries with cost efficiency. Should also be responsible for quality systems & process improvements for manufacturing line of top works, customer inspections & satisfaction, supplier assessments etc. 

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Management of the Supply Center functions according to the annual plans 
  •  Production of valves topworked assemblies and manufacturing, instrumentation engineering, order-handling and forwarding, customers documentation, quality control and quality assurance, purchasing 
  • Support to the Supply Center’s growth, developing processes, procedures and Personnel skills 
  • Establish goals for the area you are responsible for, working on employee encouragement to achieve results in line with the company's objectives. 
  • Set for subordinates training and conducting an analysis of their needs in order to promote professional development. 
  • Reports, Key Performance Indicators and costs efficiency  
  • Development of the manufacturing concept Assembly-To-Order 
  • Communication throughout the organization 
  • Development of the quality assurance system 
  • Production capacity and inventory management 
  • Participation to the implementation of the new ERP system 
  • Co-operation with Flow Control Component Factories and Supply Centers network globally 
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the building and the workshop equipment 
  • Responsible for Health and Safety 
  • Responsible for local supplier development 
     
    RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORITY 
  • Owns the responsibility and authority to ensure the timely execution of all the requirements by Management. 
  • Interaction with Production, Customers & Clients, Sales team, Suppliers and various departments alogwith communicating to supply centres, component factory and HQ of MA. 
     
    QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE 
  • Mechanical Engineering degree with Management qualification + over 10 years of experience in the role described above is essential. (exp. In MNC is preferable) 
  • A high level of computer skills – ERP system, Excel, Word, Power Point 
  • Management experience

  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Systematic, independent and creative thinking 
  • Strong communication and team-player 
  • Customer and results oriented 
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere 
  • Must be open to travel, as per requirement, Ability to travel internationally
