Job Purpose:
The role will be accountable for designing the right solution to prevent unauthorized access to all MAF data from internal & external threats. He will be responsible to contribute to executing the security strategy, partnering with various teams and ensuring that confidentiality, integrity and availability of MAF data in not compromise. Key focus area of this role is the involvement in the software development lifecycle process in order to ensure a comprehensive set of security requirements are specified for any new applications to be introduced.
Job Details - Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Act as a security expert to securely design, integration, and implementation of a multi-tenant and single-tenant public cloud application services on various cloud platforms such as SaaS & IaaS.
Review, assess & define security requirements on various stages of RFP preparation and response from Bu’s & other departments within the organization.
Contribute to assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security requirements and processes during various stages of Application Development life cycle (SDLC).
Participate in the assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security requirements, technologies at various IT infrastructure layers with concept of defence in dept mechanism such as data, endpoints, application, Network, perimeter etc. for on prem & cloud environments.
Qualifications, Personal Characteristics & Required Background /Experience:
Qualifications/ Education
College Engineering degree or/equivalent in the area of Information Technology/ Computer technology.
One or more certification on Application security testing such as CEH, OCSP, OWASP related certification etc.
One or more cloud certifications: AWS Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialist, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect Certification,
One or more Security Architecture certification such as TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP-ISSAP, CCSP etc
Experience
7 to 8 years of experience in the field of Information security with expertise in designing, Architecture, Assessment, Implementation to secure Enterprise platforms.
In depth understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL)process including performing risk assessments on various stages of SDLC.
Understanding of communications, interfaces, database technologies, real-time data processing, cyber-security, visualization, and application frameworks.
Strong experience with Directories, SSO, Federation, IAM, API gateways, SAML technologies.
Experience of security hardening techniques and policy development aligned to Cloud Security standards (e.g. CSA Cloud Control Matrix, CSI, OWASP).
