Remote Monitoring Centre Lead Engineer

As a Remote Monitoring Center Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing remote machinery and system notifications and assess associated data to validate potential issues.
Producing technical exception and periodic based reports for presentation to the customer.
Collaborating and troubleshooting with Subject Matter Experts to resolve more complex customer machinery and system related issues.
Executing work according to Bently Nevada guidelines.
Providing a single point of contact to the customer, customer team, Sales team, and all other stakeholders for RM&D related requirements in your assigned region.
Utilizing and maintain Salesforce customer web portal as per contract requirements / Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics guidelines.
Identifying growth / upsell opportunities that assist the customer in achieving operational or maintenance targets or goals.
Leading customer Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics / SSA review meetings.
Assist in maintaining Remote Monitoring Center infrastructure and conduct RMC demonstrations when required.
Mentoring lesser experienced Remote Monitoring Center / Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics (RM&D) team members.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor of Science in any Engineering or Technical discipline, or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in condition monitoring / machinery diagnostics.
Have a minimum of ISO Cat 2 Vibration Analysis certification.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel.
Have a working knowledge of Bently Nevada monitoring systems and associated transducers.
Have experience in operating Bently Nevada System 1 software.
Be able to work with minimal supervision, prioritize & organize work, and meet deadlines.
Have flexibility to travel to customers as needed.
