JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the field marketing team with managing demand generation activities including channel and alliance marketing. You will work with sales, channel and alliance teams to execute marketing plans that drive net-new business, increase share of wallet in existing business and accelerate opportunities.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and relationship management skills. This role is best suited for someone who is a strong multi-tasker. You will coordinate with various marketing and sales teams to create new content and assets needed to support marketing plans.
Position Responsibilities
Assist developing, executing and monitoring performance of field marketing plan with guidance from the Field Marketing Managers
Collaborate with the marketing Center of Excellence to ensure emails and marketing assets are created.
Monitor field program set-up to optimize tracking of programs
Travel to support local events and activities
Build relationships with key stakeholders in both sales, channel and marketing
Work with marketing Center of Excellence to create marketing assets for Field Marketing Managers
Position Requirements
1-2 years marketing experience
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and Salesforce a plus.
Social media and digital marketing knowledge.
Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage numerous diverse projects.
Creative thinking to design compelling programs that are aligned to strategic objectives.
A collaborative and flexible personality who adapts easily to change and a willingness to learn new things.
A winning attitude.
