Specialist - Brand and Product Marketing, Milaha, Doha, Qatar

 Description

 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends and to identify event opportunities and generate interest;
• Work with Business Units on marketing/promotion products - branding, slogan;
• Design logo/brand and marketing collaterals;
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaign;
• Develop and create collaterals to promote Milaha brand and its products and services including brochures, customer newsletters, animation videos, ...etc.;
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and its products and services;
• Identify media outlets for campaigns;
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns;
• Manage the advertising agency and other vendors;
• Measure success of various marketing campaigns and Conduct pre- and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes;
• Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand;
• Develop and execute brand management plans;
• Ensure appropriate branding for all events and collateral;
• Be the brand custodian and responsible for Milaha's brand internally and externally;
• Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications;
• Drive / support growth in brand awareness, recognition and loyalty across business units;
• Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
• Perform any other Job-related functions as assigned
 

Qualifications

 Education & Professional Qualification:
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent

Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years marketing specialist or similar role

Geographic Experience:
- Local and international exposure

Computer Skills:
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Superior accuracy, attention to detail, creativity, time-management and organizational skills

- Good communication and writing skills
