Our work model is a mix of the traditional approach of B2B sales and the swiftly growing e-commerce platforms that we developed from scratch.

The ideal candidate for this role is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in leading and creating social media strategy for our Company brands
Responsibilities:
- Creatively developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing social media content strategies.
- Defining the most significant social media KPIs and measuring the success of social media campaigns.
- Keeping up with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies for strong brand awareness, engagement, impressions, and ultimately high conversion.
- Researching audience and buyer persona to deliver tailored content.
- Mastering social media marketing tools such as Sprout Social.
- Ensuring that the content is appealing and informative.
- Managing social media expenses and invoices.
- Collaborating and supporting marketing, sales, and business development teams.
- Building a strong network of influencers and industry professionals.
- Empowering the social media team through training and constructive feedback.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience as a social media manager or similar role.
- BSc in marketing, media, communication, journalism, or a relevant field.
- Knowing the key differences and features of social media platforms.
- Understanding the audiences, culture, and trends in the Middle East.
- Good knowledge of analytical features of social media platforms and traffic metrics.
- Native Arabic and proficient English language skills.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Producing ideas of content that is engaging, interesting, and creative.
Competencies you’ll demonstrate:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to delegate tasks and train.
- Ability to analyze data and pivot accordingly.
- Hungry to learn and grow.
