The Role:
We are looking for HSE Manager in Saab, UAE
Responsibilities:
Development, Management & Implementation of HSE plan and SOP’s
Manage and supervise all HSE activities for Employees, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure works are in-line with HSE requirements and specifications.
To ensure HSE compliance with in line with ADPHC, 45001 and 14001
To provide HSE Training and advise to Engineers & Managers
Development and implementation of hazard identification and risk assessment.
To ensure HSE requirements are communicated within the organization at all levels
To Investigate HSE incidents and near misses and to prevent then for reoccurrence.
To develop and maintain HSE performance system.
To implement the Corporate Policies & Objectives within the region.
Coordinates with the Authorities in all HSE aspects.
To submit regular reports to ADPHC / SRA etc whenever required according to the timeline.
Conduct Internal Audit and Management of ISO (IMS) standards to ensure compliance in external Audits.
Liaise with quality department whenever required.
Conduct regular HSE performance reviews.
Manage all HSE requirements for contractors and 3rd parties
Conduct regular monthly HSE Meeting with Management to ensure compliance at all levels.
Qualification & Experience:
Must hold ADPHC / OSHAD Grade (A) Qudorat card.
8 to 11 years of experience in HSE Management.
Relevant HSE Qualification i.e Nebosh, IOSH or CSP etc.
Certification in 9001, 14001 & 45001 and its Audit Requirements
Bilingual in Arabic and Good in English.
Good presentation skills with ability to solve critical scenarios.
Hold Valid driving License.
