Short Description (Role Purpose)

Support the sales process by providing administrative assistance, facilitating the daily operations of sales

Job Accountabilities & Activities

- Assist sales team in the preparing the sales quotation
- Organizing, coordinating and assisting in the planning of special events
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates
- Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff
- Follow up units stock level and logistics new units arrival.
- Maintains an attractive product display area with up-to-date reference and promotional materials.    
- Create and build new customers data base
- Calling the customers to check his delivery experience and evaluate his satisfaction 
- Responding to complaints from customers
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Collect and coordinate the weekly sales report for all branches
- Monthly sales process, lost deals and leads reports

 

Education & Certifications

Minimum High School Graduate

Required Years of Experience

1 - 2 year experience in administrative positions
