The Role

We are looking for competitive and hungry sales executives to join our rapidly growing team. Sales Executive responsibilities include proactively discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, collaborations, negotiating deals, and maintaining the client relationship.

If you have excellent communication skills and have an outstanding record in proactive sales, we’d like to meet you!

Full Responsibilities :

• Exceeding agreed performance targets in accordance with the business plan.
• Actively seek out new clients through research, cold calling, face to face, networking and including creative sales initiatives to maximise on revenue.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and derive what services best suit their requirements
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, knowing their needs and business practices to offer appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Contributing ideas and assist in developing opportunities that assist in the growth of the business

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

• Must have two years proven proactive sales experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Salary : A rate of 17.5% commission will be paid on each sale brought in by the applicant
