Position: Logistics Analyst

Location: Dubai, UAE

    Synchronizing Parts Deployment to and Enhanced Distribution network to field labor segmentation strategy.
    Minimize the asset investment in inventory while ensuring NCR is able to meet service levels contracted with our Customers.
    Drive down service parts operations costs through both continuous improvements in productivity and implementation of business model breakthrough initiatives.
    Adhere to the Quantitative and qualitative goals and parameters for NCR Regional Services Parts Operations which drives best in class performance.
    Cadence of on-going productivity and cost improvement through Continuous Improvement

    Minimize the asset investment in inventory while ensuring NCR is able to meet service levels contracted with our Customers.
    Training to Prepare the monthly DC accrual report

    Attending operational review and meeting with the 3PL
    Work daily with the providers and insure improving services .
    Handling complaints issue from the regional countries (part lost, damages, etc..)
    Work daily with the 3PL to ensure the smooth daily operation is taking place
    Review the inventory adjustment requests and once approved perform the adjustment in SMC
    Make sure the Surplus to SMC daily inventory is accurate
    Regional Parts availability locked up 90%
    Ability to bring conflicts to resolution
    Other duties that may assigned
    Position partners with RVP(Regional Vice President), Inventory Management Team ( in planning, designing, selling and implementing customer services within smaller geographic market.
    Do not exceed gross inventory targeted in region
    Meet Inventory Audit Requirements (Execution of Corp Audits)
    Financial Inventory Integrity across DCs (P&L NET Adjustments)
    Operational Inventory Integrity across DCs (Order Denials due to inv accuarcy)

    Dock To Stock - Part Return Receipts -  =<48 Hrs from Delivery

The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will oversee the warehouses and manage the clients logistics providers. They will be responsible for managing all logistical aspects of importation of goods from various foreign suppliers; this will include importation licenses, customs clearance and related activities.
In addition, the Warehouse and Logistics Manager will be required to provide regular reporting updates to the Supply Chain Manager on inventory management, their movement, inventories and security level.

Operational Delivery

    Ensure that outputs from the white board meetings are actioned, including space, resource and equipment planning. Outstanding issues from the boards are escalated to the relevant management level
    Inform the warehouse of the delivery of goods in time, send copies of the packing list and/or PO and prepare the handling teams
    Oversee the receipt of materials into the warehouse, ensuring that items delivered to the warehouse are receipted against a PO or MRO
    Ensure that nothing is dispatched from the warehouse without an MRO
    Educate colleagues on the Returns Process and the importance of only being able to receipt returned materials against an MRO
    Monitor the quarantine area to ensure that all returns are evaluated against the Material Evaluation Process
    Update the Supply Chain Manager on any materials that require disposal as identified by the Material Evaluation Process or Asset Disposal Process on a monthly basis
    Monitor buffer stocks issued to contractors and ensure that consumption is forwarded to CBO to be actioned
    Co-ordinate the monthly stock count process, advising all stakeholders of the count dates and advising when the warehouse will be closed
    Conduct initial reconciliation after the count and investigate variances between physical stock and quantity recorded in SAP
    Keep track of all incoming shipments and follow up with suppliers or logistical services in regards to any damaged or missing items
    Work closely with Finance in regards to the payment of customs fees
    Ensure all importations are carried out in respect of Oman laws and regulations to ensure the client is protected from any potential penalties
    Ensure that recommendations related to the environment, safety and health are followed in the daily management of the warehouses and propose mitigating solutions where appropriate


Education / Business
Degree Educated to degree level in Supply Chain (Logistics), Economics or related fields

Work Experience
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the field of logistics Knowledge of Oman regulation laws for disposal, importation and all logistics fields.

Job Description
The Maintenance Logistics Operations Center (MLOC) Lead shall be responsible to the Depot Operations Manager for maintenance and logistics internal and external support activities associated to the Qatar Patriot Depot standard operating procedure (SOP).
The MLOC provides maintenance and logistics support, coordination, and information to all Qatar based programs using the total asset visibility (TAV) system. The MLOC will coordinate all Depot maintenance and logistics internal and external activities, provide new Raytheon Technologies (RTX) employees with Depot onboard training, manage the TAV system, support the TAV users, coordinate TAV training, and support internal and external reporting requirements.
The MLOC Lead shall have a DoD Secret security clearance and a US Passport with at least one year validity. This Position is in Doha Qatar.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership support activities

    Plans team work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies set by the MLOC manager
    Coordinates work with related work cells controlled by other supervisors
    Determines the number and types of employees needed to accomplish specific projects
    Redirects individual employees and resources to accomplish unanticipated work
    Implements corrective actions within their authority to resolve work problems
    Maintains historical record documentation for major Depot maintenance and logistics activities
    May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours; overtime may be required

New Depot employees with onboard training

    Provides new Depot RTX employees with on-boarding package that will include all important contractual documentation

    Identifies high level actions required to contain and correct TAV systemic issues

Support the TAV users

    Monitors data input into TAV by internal and external organizations
    Coordinates with internal and external organizations for correction of TAV issues
    Provides assistance to internal and external organizations building data structure within the TAV

Coordinate TAV training

    Provides TAV training to internal and external organizations using the TAV system

Support internal and external TAV reporting

    Review and recommend changes to the TAV reports

Activities

HSE:

    Control Material Reception Report and check if conform with MR and outbound manifest
    Communicate with offshore MPT about Material Reception and issue NC reports or OSD
    Ensure that final transport to the dedicated installation site is arranged and done
    Daily communication with Onshore Log Supervisor, CTR Log Coordinator (onshore position) and CTR Material Coordinator (located on JUB) if applicable
    Participate in the change of planning of logistics operations according to urgencies and non-planned events on site while ensuring coordination with other entities
    Coordinate with Platform teams to manage the scheduling of vessels alongside the installations
    Finalize Daily and Weekly report activities
    Check interfile transfer
    Provide support with onshore activities management such as hotel, inland transport, PCR test schedule and booking, vaccination program, …
    Other tasks which might be requested to fulfill both personnel and material mobilization for the project.

Qualifications & Experience Required
