very day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the hotel's overall business objectives.Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain qualified staff across all departments.Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.Promote a culture of teamwork, motivation, and high performance.Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and operational requirements.Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve HR processes.What We need from you:
 High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred. Must speak fluent English Other languages may be preferred
