ELSE Division Controller, Doha, Qatar

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.
The work model for the role is: {onsite} 
This role is contributing to the {Electrification} in {Qatar} .You will be mainly responsible for:
Operational partnership: Partner directly with the Local Division Manager to drive strategy and execution to deliver on profitable growth targets
Compliance and Integrity: Direct responsibility for the accuracy of all financial books, records and reports for the ELSE Division in Qatar.Drive compliance and integrity throughout the Country in support of the LDMTranslates financial position into realistic forecasts and establishes actions and measurable targets to enhance financial return.Manages the forecasting process for the Local Division, evaluates financial implications, builds scenarios, and recommends actions Monitors the financial performance of the Local Division, provides insight and analysis to support operational decision making.Identifies issues and supports management on action plans to drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.Manages and closely monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working CapitalPlanning cycle leadership: Support the financial budget process for the Division Partner with the ELSE Local Division Manager for Qatar to operationalizefinancial targets and challenges

Qualifications for the role
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting isrequired5-8 years of experience in a related Rolecombination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performanceand results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/oraccountingStrong cost planning knowledge and understanding of service accounting andrevenue recognitionHands on experience of working in SAP Modules FI, CO, MM, PP, PSStrong Microsoft Office/computer skills and expertise in APP reporting tools
