Role Overview:

• The General Manager will oversee business operations at plant facility, focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Develop and implement operational strategies.
• -Oversee plant operations, supply chain, procurement, and vendor management to ensure smooth business operations
• -Provide strategic guidance to the Plant GM and ensure optimal resource utilization
• -Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• -Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
• -Lead process improvements and automation for increased productivity
• -Ensure compliance with Zambian and international standards.
• -Engage with stakeholders and negotiate favorable agreements.
