We are hiring for below position with a leading Automobile industry
Position: Senior Sales Executive
Location: East Africa
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry: Air Compressor or Generator Industry preferred
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align offerings
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Mentor and support junior sales executives when required
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 -3 years of proven sales experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
This is a Bachelor Status role in Africa, so you will have to go alone to work; please let us know if you are comfortable in relocation.
For relocation, you must have valid passport or you can apply for passport too.
