Job Description
The Maintenance Logistics Operations Center (MLOC) Lead shall be responsible to the Depot Operations Manager for maintenance and logistics internal and external support activities associated to the Qatar Patriot Depot standard operating procedure (SOP).
The MLOC provides maintenance and logistics support, coordination, and information to all Qatar based programs using the total asset visibility (TAV) system. The MLOC will coordinate all Depot maintenance and logistics internal and external activities, provide new Raytheon Technologies (RTX) employees with Depot onboard training, manage the TAV system, support the TAV users, coordinate TAV training, and support internal and external reporting requirements.
The MLOC Lead shall have a DoD Secret security clearance and a US Passport with at least one year validity. This Position is in Doha Qatar.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership support activities
Plans team work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies set by the MLOC manager
Coordinates work with related work cells controlled by other supervisors
Determines the number and types of employees needed to accomplish specific projects
Redirects individual employees and resources to accomplish unanticipated work
Implements corrective actions within their authority to resolve work problems
Maintains historical record documentation for major Depot maintenance and logistics activities
May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours; overtime may be required
New Depot employees with onboard training
Provides new Depot RTX employees with on-boarding package that will include all important contractual documentation
Provides new Depot RTX employees with initial familiarization training for the TAV system
Maintenance and logistics internal and external support activities
Maintains and updates maintenance and logistics related topics within the Depot SOP
Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations
Assist quality assurance with internal and external audit preparation
Assists with corrective and preventative maintenance coordination between internal and external organizations
Tracks internal and external inbound and outbound shipments and provides reports to work cells and management
Assists and coordinates OCONUS and CONUS procurement efforts with internal and external organizations to ensure scheduling and movement of materials and services.
Managing the TAV system
Maintains and updates the TAV addendum to the Depot SOP
Ensures compliance with TAV addendums processes, policies, and procedures of personnel that utilize the TAV system
Provides oversight / coordination of TAV hardware and software maintenance efforts
Identifies high level actions required to contain and correct TAV systemic issues
Support the TAV users
Monitors data input into TAV by internal and external organizations
Coordinates with internal and external organizations for correction of TAV issues
Provides assistance to internal and external organizations building data structure within the TAV
Coordinate TAV training
Provides TAV training to internal and external organizations using the TAV system
Support internal and external TAV reporting
Review and recommend changes to the TAV reports
Report maintenance and logistics activities to program management
Basic Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership skills
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to make sound, timely decisions with limited information
Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments; function with minimal guidance to meet Depot goals and customer needs
A minimum of 6 years of related maintenance or logistics experience
Experience and understanding of all functional maintenance and logistics inside a Depot
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and email
Desired Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with a multi-cultural workforce
Cultural familiarity with Middle Eastern nations
Prior experience supporting international programs and/or initiatives
Required Education:
•Requires advanced knowledge of job area. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Science with 8 years related experience. May substitute experience for education. (i.e., Associates degree with 12 years of related experience, or High School graduate with 16 years of related experience
