Acting Senior Manager Finance Development
Responsible for
Assist in the design and implementation of financial policies and procedures at ADPORTS Group in addition Assist in the setup of appropriate internal controls,financial governance framework and quality standards, as well as assist management in Automation of financial functions and task
Working Relationship
All Clusters and business Units
Objectives and Role Profile
Assist the line manager in the preparation and implementation of the financial policies and procedures, quality standards and compliance documentation
Assist in periodic review, modification and assessment of financial policies and procedures
Assist in the preparation of Internal/ External Excellence Award submission
Initiate, identify and highlight areas of improvement in the current process and make plans for the implementation plans
Follow up on the recommendation from auditors, consultants or quality team relating to Finance functions
Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
Assists in preparation of suggestions and recommendations to management on Best Practices on Financial Policies, Governance and Compliance
Assist in set-up and implementation of process relating to “Benchmarking”
Assist in implementation of Balance Scorecard in Abu Dhabi Ports.
Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
· Bachelors or Equivalent Degree in Accounting or Finance
· Professional Financial qualification will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skill in Arabic and English
