What You’ll Do for Us:
Support both Category project development and Frontline implementation
Work closely with projects leads to monitor progress, ensure timely delivery, as per plan and in full, and drive mitigation plans when and where needed.
Prepare communications and reports to support the wider Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit PMO Operations agenda and align on next steps.
Support and advise on all (new) processes such as E2E, packaging, digital and innovation process, help flag and escalate pain points.
Deliver all contractual paperwork with all 3rd party suppliers, this includes but is not limited to – budget availability; budget management, vendor approval/contracts; project statement; legal paperwork; estimate approvals; PO creations; invoice receipt; final payments and final reconciliation of budget.
Influence, align and negotiate with key stakeholders, to adopt, support and implement the elements outlined in the scope of the role.
Build relationships with the other Marketing teams across central and local level and build connections and ways of working with Operating Unit Category, Integrated Marketing Experiences and Commercial teams.
Expected to be involved in projects beyond strict scope of the role to deliver the broader agenda of the Marketing Operations & Capabilities team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree required
Significant experience (6-8 years) in Marketing/Advertising and Project Management
Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
Strong project management skills
Agile/Scrum experience considered as an asset
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Business / commercial/ financial acumen
Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
