Your Role
In this role, you will be supporting the customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.Your Responsibilities
- Driving customer excellence alongside the Sales and Operational Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities to up-sell and deliver value add services to the customer
- Building long term and effective relationships with customers and provide up to date shipment information
- Pro-actively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction
- Enter customer orders into the operational execution process
- Maintenance and integration of customer data in the Kuehne+Nagel systems
Your Skills and Experiences
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service in the freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge and expertise in Sea Logistics will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language
